DISCLAIMER : The MC used in these headcanons is not Gender Neutral like usual, this is a Fem!MC headcanons.

Also I am talking about pregnancy in these headcanons, but I am just talking about the general idea of it not the detailed one like doctors appointment, childbirth (I wanted to include it but I couldn’t find eleven different reaction to MC’s water breaking I’ll admit) and other even more technical stuff I just tried to keep it entertaining for everyone 💞

How many children: 2 sons

Pregnancy:

Plan or Surprise — Surprise for both of the boys. Levi didn’t really want children to begin with he was happy with his little recluse life with you. So when you told him you were pregnant he straight out fainted. Seriously he can’t have a baby ? He spends all of his day in his room playing video games and only eating junk food that’s not how you raise a baby.

Cravings — He doesn’t really know what to do about it. Animes didn’t teach him that kind of stuff so how was he supposed to know that pregnant women had cravings and he was the supposed to come out and get whatever you wanted ? Thankfully for him he still has a lot of food in his room, just for the days where he plans on not going out of his room and he is nice enough to share them when you tell him the baby wants some.

Morning sickness — The what now ? Seriously does he really know nothing about pregnancy ? Because it certainly seems like it ! The first day you woke up with serious morning sickness he really thought you were just sick and it was gonna pass. When it happened three days in a row he started worrying and asked himself if he should take you to a doctor. You tried to explain to him it was quite normal but he just screamed at your belly tearfully asking your child why he was hurting you like that. It was quite actually.

Moodswings — They’re the worst thing that could happen to Levi. Seriously he already lack self-esteem and confidence so having cry or get angry at him out of nowhere just makes him panic and wonder what he has done wrong. He will most likely run away and hide under the pillows in his bathtub every time your mood swings, he won’t come out until you come seek him and tell him everything is okay now. Hug him a little and you’ll both feel all better.

Talking to the baby/First kicks — He doesn’t specifically talk to the baby but when he is playing something and you’re sitting next to him watching (or playing), he sometimes explain to your baby the best way to win at this type of games. The day the baby kicked for the first time you could swear you saw stars in his eyes, he was beaming happily telling about how much he wanted to feel it again.

Sex during pregnancy — Leviathan spent thousand of years satisfying his sexual desires with his own hand before meeting you so nine months without sex seemed like nothing to him. When you told him you had urges too and it was totally safe, he still refused to have sex with you too scared he would hurt the baby in some way, so you just made a pact where you would just satisfy yourself on your own. 

Names — You had two children, so you decided that you would let Levi find a name first and if it pleased you it would become the name of your first born and vice versa for your second baby. I’ll let you guess the name of your oldest. 

Life with your child(ren):

First nights/Dirty Diapers/ etc. — Levi was kind enough to buy a baby bathtub and put your babies into it after their birth, you thought it was a terrible and uncomfortable bed at first and tried to put them in a real crib but they started crying as soon as you did so you put them back in their tub and they loved it, so you let it be. At night when they cry, Levi is normally the one who takes care of them since he still spend most of his nights gaming. However he is doesn’t fully understand how a diaper works.

What are they like — They make Leviathan work on himself trust me. Funnily enough both of the boys can’t bear to stay inside for too long, they live outside. They love to play in garden, to go on a walk in the city with you and since he doesn’t like to feel left out and envy this type of family activity he forces himself to come with you all. But they are like their father a little since everytime they are at home they love to challenge each other at a random video game.
