Y/N laid on her side of the bed. Her eyes were heavy, but for some odd reason, she just couldn't fall asleep.

I hate this... Why can I never seem to sleep when I want to?

Y/N checked her phone.

It's almost midnight... If I were to fall asleep right now, I'd get at least seven hours of sleep. Not bad.

Y/N placed her head back on her pillow, closing her eyes.

The only problem is, how the fuck do I fall asleep?

Y/N continued to toss and turn in her bed in hopes that she didn't wake the sleeping giant right next to her.

I'm sorry if I wake you Unnie... I don't mean it.

After another half an hour passed, Y/N finally fell asleep. Suddenly, as if the bed underneath her had been ripped away, Y/N felt like she was falling.

Huh?!

Y/N opened her eyes to see herself plummeting extremely fast over an unrecognizable city.

What's going on?!

A sudden influx of fear flooded Y/N's body as she scouted the area to hopefully find somewhere she can land without dying.

Please, please, please, please... Can I find a stack of hay, some snow, or some soft looking trees to fall into?

Y/N felt a constricting force in her chest as she tried to move. Understanding what was happening, Y/N felt her breath hitch.

Am I going to die like this?!

The ground slowly encroached upon Y/N, terrifying her. In response, Y/N closed her eyes, sealing them shut. Despite the covering over her eyes, Y/N could still see everything. 

I'm going to die like this...

Right as Y/N hit the ground, she felt herself back on the bed once more. Dazed, Y/N sat up, panting heavily.

Oh... It was all just a nightmare...

Beside her, Y/N could feel her bed partner sit up.

"Y/N? Are you okay?"

"Oh, Unnie. I'm fine. You can go back to sleep."

Yujin rubbed her eyes before pulling Y/N's head onto her lap.

"You were having trouble sleeping right? Let me be your dream catcher."

"You don't have to."

"Don't resist."

Y/N felt a hand carefully run through her hair. With each delicate touch from Yujin's hands Y/N could feel the melatonin release in her brain.

"It's okay Y/N. You can sleep. You have school tomorrow."

"Don't you have school tomorrow as well?"

"Yeah, but I'm a college student. I start way later than you do. You're still in high school, remember? You're not totally free just yet."

"But you're losing out on sleep..."

"That doesn't matter. I sleep in some of my classes anyway."

"Are you sure?"

"Of course I'm sure. I have to make sure you're awake tomorrow morning without wanting to kill yourself."

Y/N smiled as her eyes felt heavier and heavier.

"Thank you Unnie..."
