Y/N'S POV

1 week later...

"Move out of the way!" I yelled. Sam moved away immediately and I ran to my dad. I crouched down beside the bed and held his hand.

"Dad, dad please wake up!" I begged. Tony slowly flinched and fluttered his eyes open. I sighed in relief and hugged him.

"I should have came, why didn't you bring me?" I said clearly annoyed. He sighed and hugged me back.

"I'm so sorry honey, I promise we will go together next time." He said. I sniffed and got up. 

"FRIDAY!" I mumbled loudly.

"Yes Miss Y/N?"

"Give Dad some medicine and a sleeping pill. He needs rest." I wiped my tears away and smiled sadly at my dad who was squeezing my hand tightly. He looked up at me and smiled before letting go off my hand. I nodded at the rest of the Avengers and went out to the balcony for some fresh air. I sighed and held the railing tightly. I closed my eyes and inhaled the fresh breeze of air. Suddenly, there was a loud thump. I opened my eyes and looked at the floor. Peter was there rubbing his head in pain.

"Oh god, are you okay?" I kneeled beside him and helped him up. He opened his eyes and sighed in relief. 

"Yeah I'm good, I just heard about Mr. Stark and I wanted to see him." He said. I smiled and hugged him.

"He's fine, I think he's probably sleeping right now." I pulled away from the hug and looked at him in the eyes. 

"Just remember I'm always here for you okay?" He said staring deeply at me. I nodded without breaking away from the eye contact. Our faces we're just inches away from each other. Peter leaned in a bit, I moved closer as well. Our lips we're about to touch but there was another loud THUMP. We jumped back and looked at the ground. Scott was there rubbing his head and groaning in pain. I smiled awkwardly at Peter and bend down to help Scott up. 

"Hey Scott!" I smiled and hugged him. He hugged back and took out his mask.

"Where's your dad and the other Avengers?" He said sternly. I pointed my finger towards the door at the end of the hallway. He nodded and rushed to the room. I squinted my eyes shut and turned to where Peter was standing. I opened my eyes slowly and looked at him. He was already staring at me blushing madly. If Scott didn't interrupt us would we have k- NO WAY! I let out a breath and gave him a small smile.

"Want to head inside?" I said. Play cool Y/N. Play cool. 

"Uh aren't we inside? Oh no I mean um yeah inside yeah sounds great to go i-inside! Let's go!" He said strangely and went in. I chuckled and followed him.

Peter and I we're watching a movie called Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I smiled and ate my popcorn.

"But I am the chosen one!" I mimicked Harry's voice and laughed. Peter looked at me and laughed along. We held eye contact. Peter was about to say something but then I noticed someone outside the window. Liz. I shushed Peter and grabbed his arm. 

"What are yo-

"Shh Peter!" I whispered. He shut his mouth and followed me. I slowly opened the front door and sprinted towards her. She began to run as well.
