Knock, knock, knock!

Fallacy stood outside Encre's door with a nervous smile. He had the whole afternoon and evening planned out. A nice picnic on a hill, stargazing for hours and talking happily....Then asking the big question. His grip tightened on the flowers he brought for Encre, hearing the door creak open and snap him out of his thoughts.

The door opens to reveal Palette inside.

"Hello, Mister Fallacy. Goth! It's just your uncle! False alarm!"He says

Fallacy was silent, a bit confused.

"Awww...."His nephew could be heard saying

"False alarm? What do you mean?"He asks

Palette notices the flowers and the box shape in his pocket. He quickly caught on.

"Oh....Oh! Sorry, sir. Encre hasn't been home for two weeks now. We thought you were him since he left his keys here."Palette says

Fallacy's soul sank.

"Where did he go?"He asks

"You'll have to ask Ray. He sent Encre and Azure off but hasn't shared any details with any of us."Palette says

He nods.

"Is there someone here to watch over you both?"He asks

"Yes, Paps is here taking a nap."Palette says

He nods and goes off to locate Ray, his anger and concern creating a storm within him as he drops the flowers and romance for more serious matters.

Now, the village office center that Ray resides in was quite peaceful one at the moment. Not much was happening and Ray was taking a nap. Then Fallacy broke that peace by busting the door open despite the secretary telling him to wait, this waking Ray up.

"WHERE THE HELL DID YOU SEND MY LOVER AND AZURE?!"Fallacy snaps

"Ah, so you found out about that. I sent them off to visit other villages for me and so you could get prepared in secret. Cause if he stayed, he would've found out your plans would be known before you even had a ring. You know how word gets around. It's completely harmless."He says

Noises arose outside. Fallacy looks out the window and sees a flood of people entering through the city walls. Then he heard a scream of pure agony that wrenched at his soul.

"AZURE!"He hears Papyrus shout

He and Ray go out and the large crowd parts to let them get through. Papyrus was on his knees, two strangers handing over a disheveled and beaten up Azure. Ropes were still tied around him, his eyes shut and his fragile body littered with scars and cuts, marks from whips and knives or many tools. He lays limply in his brother's arms, unconscious. A number is burned into his shoulder. 31789

"Wake up, Azure...Please....Wake up....."Papyrus cries, holding his wounded skull gently

"He can't hear you sir. They blinded and made him deaf so he wouldn't be able to find a way out and to teach him to use his remaining sense for obedience. When they touched him, those were his orders......But we got him out instead thanks to his friend...."One says

Fallacy noticed how horrible all of them looked, beaten and bruised and looking horribly shaken up.

"Bless his soul....."Another says

He didn't see Encre in the crowd. Instead, Poussière was seen tearing through the crowd to get to Azure. He froze at the sight of Azure and sank to his knees.
