The Phoenix race had two objectives: being balance and stay hidden.

They evolved to a certain point where they were able to mess with memory....Your tears Tommy are blessed with the ability to heal those who have been hurt...doesn't matter where...a Phoenix tear is a vital ingredient to healing others....but there's always a price.... The first time you use it on someone, they forget... the reason why Tubbo and Ranboo forgot who you were was because they got hurt....and you healed them...

WAIT BUT I JUST HEALED TUBBO?!! HES GONNA-

He will not forget you this time...

Tommy argued back.

BUT YOU JUST SAID-

I know what I said. You can not erase someone's memory a second time...

How do you think I should avoid hurting them in the first place so that it doesn't happen to anyone else?

The voice pause leaving Tommy to ponder why they stopped.

Yeah? You what?

I don't know....many of your ancestors died of broken heart when they were forgotten...your one of the first to have survived longer than the others....

Tommy...your shaking...

Tommy peered at his hands. It was all so confusing, his breathing hitched, his heart pounding. He felt scattered. He didn't know what to believe.

He had imagined Wilbur in his mind along with Techno.

What if this voice was just another figment of his imagination?

Tommy! Please! I AM REAL!!!

NO YOUR NOT!!

He shut if off as he dipped his head in the water, the sudden silence filling his head.

He felt his air slowly slipping away but his mind refused to lift his head out of the water.

He felt the panic slip throughout his body as he tried to regain control of his body. It was no use.

They had taken the wheel. He practically begged to be spared, he was scared. The voices refused, laughing at his efforts.

He felt air fill his lungs however as his head shot straight out of the water. He felt a firm grip on his ear and he looked to the side to see Tubbo's horrified face staring at him.

"Tommy, you almost just drowned yourself," Tommy stood up abruptly as he tried to leave them. Ranboo teleported in front of him.

"Leave me alone." He spat, his voice laced with venom.

"Tommy, stop isolating yourself, talk to us please....were your fri-"

"YOUR NOT MY FRIENDS" he growled as he ran away, storming through the forest, his friends cries to stop slowly fading away, his pace quickening with each step he took....

In the black void, there stood two different kinds of voices.

The familiar ones and the unfamiliar.

"YOU MONSTERS! YOU TRIED TO KILL HIM!" the unfamiliar voice screamed.

The voices yelled back.

"YOU'VE BEEN FOILING OUR PLANS FOR TOO LONG!!" They hissed.

"XD SHOW YOURSELF!"

"Sorry, but master's away.."

They said, their voice slightly glitching at "master".

The unfamiliar voice roared with anger, the voices trembling.

"Get him. Now."

"O-of course!"

"Hello there,"

All eyes fell upon him, the god glaring daggers at the other god in the room.

"Death.." He said as he tilted his head to the side, his mask illuminating the face.

"Or should I say..."

There was a long pause as he softly chuckled.

"Your Highness?"

Okay this was a pretty eventful chapter!

Why did XD call Death "Your Highness" ?

Can Ranboo and Tubbo help him? or will they just make things worse?
