"Mom it's too early for this" I maneuver to the right block "Early? You're going to introduce her to us anyway. Why not do it sooner? Why? You're embarrassed? You don't want her to meet us? Me? You're--" I scratched my not so itchy head" Mommy! I meant the time. It's barely 7am here." "Oh"

"I'm ending the call now please rest well it's still early." I looked for a parking space "Ziyu I wasn't even asking for your permission. I'm merely informing you child. I already talked to Y/N. She didn't have a heart to say no to me unlike my own daughter. Now excuse me and enjoy your morning date love" " E-eh?! Morning wha-- Mommy whyyy?! Ma?! Hello?!"

"Is that even a shout?" At my left is Y/N looking weirdly at me. "Can you help me bury a pet later? Maybe a bunny" she chuckle shrugging. "You cried after learning that the bunnies you all became attached to will be released on the wilderness last summer. You're a softie chewy" And suddenly I can't hear.

"A-ah. Wah that car looks enpensive." I heard fits of giggle and saw Y/N with her nose scrunched and her lip bitten. I've never seen her like this. She can be cute sometimes. "You're easy to fluster chewy." I nod getting out to open the door for her. "Why aren't you chivalrous? Opening doors for me here and there?" Her grin... It's beautiful.

"Y/N what's up with you teasing me today?" I mutter as soon as I started walking. "You're amusing me, that's all. Have you seen our school page?" I shook my head "Friday I did my schoolworks. Saturday I trained all day. Sunday I slept from morning to afternoon. At evening we had a video call"  "Ah right I'm sorry for disturbing your sleep yesterday Tzuyu."

We turn exiting the parking lot. "I'm actually thankful because I almost forgot to feed my dog." Y/N and I chat a lot. Like hours. But at times when we're both busy it's comforting to do a video call even without talking. Just like last night. She was reading a book for her thesis while I'm writing my research proposal. Our speaker is muted but our cameras are on.

When did we started doing this again? Wait? I can't reme--ah when she was bored at their headquarter and I was practicing at our training room. Ah that's right. She needed company and kayoung unnie wasn't around so she ask for me to stay on the call while training. "Tzuyu. Tzuyu-ssi?" I stopped my daydream before looking at her. "Yeah?" She pointed at the vending machine.

"You just drank coffee at the cafe earlier. So. School page?" I blocked her from the vending machine. "Wha--no. I wanted to tell you we should've used the second gate of our academy instead." I turn at her questioningly. "apparently a colleague of ours was at the mall and took a photo of us weeks ago and posted it just now on the school page."

Huh? What's wrong with it? "Uhm? Don't they often see us walking at the school corridor now?"Her cheeks started to resemble the strawberry crepe she ordered earlier. It's cute. They're both sweet "I-i. Well... Uh-hum." She reached on her hair to fix her kerchief. "At the photos... We're holding hands and laughing, I was dragging you to me. No, I mean.. to the left wing. And we're bumping each other's shoulders."

"A-ah. Uhm. Well w-what's wrong with it. We're just having fun. We're.. friends" I laughed at her tinted cheeks, continuing to walk ahead. "Hmm. The caption says How the Ice Goddess Couple spends their holidays. I don't understand it?" she walk catching up to me. "Those problematic captions?"

She shook her head "No. I think the caption is wrong" I nod my head. Tsk. Ice goddess cou-- "We haven't spend Christmas or anything in particular together. They should've save it for a seasonal update" I turn to her in shock. "Y-you're not worried about the.. couple.. allegation?" I noticed my voice got smaller by second.
