Detective Lindsay called Kelly.
"We have a problem. We just heard Lyla on Keeler's phone. She's planning a trade. Herself for Katie."
"god dammit! I should've stopped her." Kelly muttered the last sentence to himself.
He hung up and immediately thought of paying a visit to Tommy, the kid Keeler beat up at the firehouse.
Tommy opened the door the slightest bit, hearing the knock.
"Tommy." Kelly greeted.
"Yeah, hey. Oh, the fireman."
"I need your help," Kelly told him.
"I'm sorry. I ca..." Tommy went to close the door.
"Come here." Kelly told him, stopping the door and pulling him back outside.
"I need your help like you needed help when Keeler was beating your ass before I jumped in. My sister went missing after that."
"What?" Tommy asked.
"Keeler came by the next day, and he took her. And now, my friend went missing trying to find her."
"Dude..." Tommy went to back away.
"Hey! My sister and friends are gone." Kelly told him in a way to make it known he wasn't playing around.
"He'll kill me, man!"
"Listen, listen. You have my word, Tommy. Nothing came from you. Who do I see?"
"Jack Gatens was there that night for Keeler. Okay, now Gatens lays low, so the cops might not know him. But Keeler can't scratch himself without Jack, okay? He'd know." Tommy told Kelly, looking around slightly for anyone watching.
"Where's he stay?" Kelly asked.
"Next to a money store. Okay? Polk and Western."
Tommy ran back inside as Kelly took that answer and left.
Kelly drove to this place, finding Gatens.
"Gatens." Kelly said when he saw him come from around the corner.
Kelly punched him and dragged him back around the corner.
"Where's Katie?" Kelly punched him again.
Gatens fell to the ground, not saying a word.
"You want me to ask again?" Kelly asked as he looked at Gatens bloody face.
"Ask away, boy scout." Gatens told him.
Kelly punched him again, getting up and getting the Halligan from his trunk and bringing it over.
"I can do this all morning, but this ends now. Where is she?"
Gatens didn't answer causing Kelly to hit the Halligan on the ground by his head.
"Next one doesn't miss." Kelly told him.
Gatens ended up spilling where Katie was.
Kelly went back to his car and called Lindsay.
"Lindsay, I know where they are."

~~~~Josh was about to reach for Lyla's hair again when the door opened and the police came in.
"Stay where you are and put your hands up!" the one officer told him, pointing his gun at Josh.
Two officers detained him, as Lyla went over to Katie.
"It's okay. You're gonna be okay." Lyla told her as she held her hand.
Another officer checked Katie's vitals while the door opened and Kelly and Detective Lindsay came in.
