Chapter 8

I started customizing my dress with flowers when suddenly I noticed a figure approaching our house through the window.

I peeked a little and saw that it was Jungwon who had a container of food in his hands. When he rang the doorbell, Hyejin unnie looked through the peep hole but didn't open the door. Instead, she came to me with a smile on her face and started pushing me to the door.

" Answer the door pleeeaaaseee "

" Why didn't you answer it!"

" You can do it sis! "

" You were literally just there--UGH FINE YOU LAZY BUTT "

I fixed myself a little before I opened the door revealing a confused Jungwon.

" Oh hey! What brings you here? " I smiled

" I brought some cookies my mom made. "

He handed me the cookies. But then we heard my sisters making a fuss at the background, obviously eavesdropping. 

" Actually, Hyejin unnie peeped a little through the door and told me to wait for you "

I slowly turned my head towards my sisters direction and gave them a glare. They gave me thumbs up in return. 

Seriously?

I sighed and faced Jungwon again.

" Sorry about her...she's always weird. "

He laughed and said it's fine andthat he actually finds it funny.

" Well, I gotta go now. Dinner's probably ready. "

" Tell your mom we said thanks. Oh happy eating and goodnight "

I waved a little with my free hand.

" Goodnight..Y/N "

I yawned while my teacher was discussing about physics and stuff. I wasn't able to sleep early because my mind kept wondering about a certain Japanese boy. I'm still not over it, I need help.

The lesson was finally done signaling the end of the day. I didn't have practice with Niki so I was free to do whatever I want. Either I go home early or go study in the library with Jihun and Sora unnie.

I chose to the former, wanting to take a break from all that was going on. Surprisingly, I haven't encountered the three boys today, other than having classes with Sunoo of course. I wasn't able to join them for lunch as well, since a teacher asked me to help with some stuff. So yeah, boy free day~~

I changed my shoes and exited the building. I had my bag in front of me so I hugged it as I walked down the stairs and to the gates of our school. I came across some first years who I heard were crushing on me a few weeks ago.

I was about to walk by them when I heard them calling my name and asking me if they could add me on KakaoTalk. Should I? 

Is it wrong for a 2nd year SHS student would be close to 1st year JHS students? Nah I think it's fine.

I was about to grab my phone but then, I felt an arm wrap around my shoulders. I looked at the person beside me and saw Jungwon casually smiling at me and the first years.

" Oh hi Jungwon! "

" Are they bothering you Y/N? "

I explained that there were only asking me to add them while patting his hand off my shoulder. I didn't want to be a tomato in front of the first years. It would be embarrassing!
