Something (Allen x Reader)

You have been talking for a while. You wondered where your other friends were.
The sun started to set as Allen and Ney joined into the conversation.

"My favorite cheese? Oh, of course I'm going with ricotta." Chartette said.

"Really? Same!" You said.

"Did you know, "ricotta" means "recooked" in Italian?" Ney chimed in.

"Whoa! I didn't know you spoke Italian, Ney!"

"Ney can say "hi" in every language! Chartette said with excitement.

"That's cool!" You said

"Beh, ciao!" Allen said. Smiling at us.

"Aww" said Chartette

"Hi, Allen!" We all said

"Ya know, Mr Allen here can cook a MEAN cheese manicotti with ricotta!" Chartette said.

"Aw, you liked it? Thanks, Char. I tried something new for lunch today, I was hoping that it would be good"

"Wait... you're the one who cooked that? HOLY HORSES ON A BARNYARD! Hah... sorry my uncle used to say that..." You said, very surprised...

"Hey... I like that.. "HOLY HORSES ON A BARNYARD" I think I might just start sayin' that... thanks, sis! Chartette said...

Sis... She thinks of me as a sister...

You teared up a bit.

"Hey, what's wrong..." Allen said, concerned

"Sis..."

"Aw, you don't like that nickname? I'm sorry man, I'll never call ya that again." Chartette said sadly.

"No, it's just... I had a sister... but she... did... bad things to me... and I just feel like if I have a sister who cares for me then... my life will ve better. You said while crying.

"Ah... I see. I'll be the best darn big sister you've ever had!" Chartette exclaimed while hugging you... really hard...

Wait... BIG? She's... older than me? Whatever.

"Thanks... sis. That cheered me up."
Allen joined the hug.

Ney had already left before you started venting. She is one sneaky girl.

Allen twirled your dark, shiny hair. Chartette slipped away. But you didn't notice until Allen was holding your hand. You knew he liked you. 
You refused to admit you liked him

"Hm. We should probably get to our rooms."

"I agree" You said

"I TOTALLY SHIP YOU GUYS!" Chartette shouted from a few feet away.

You just laughed, and got to your rooms.

"Great day, huh?" You said, trying to spark a conversation.

"Totally. You know, your a really nice girl, and your really beautiful too. I'm glad you came here. And, I'm really sorry about your sister. I hope things get better."

"Thanks." You said, smiling.

You gave him a hug. He returned it.

You soon saw yourselves on your own beds, sound asleep.

You soon started going into deep thought about your horrible family...
How bad they treated you, and just a week before your 6th birthday. They left. So you went off to start training as a maid in Lucifenia, which you had dreaded since they let you off probation. Your 15th birthday is in a few days. You wondered if they would care about it. You know they celebrate the Princess's birthday, but what about the others? You thought about this for a bit. You realized that it's not happening, but you were sure that your friends would make sure you had an amazing day together.

I remember what Chartette said. Whenever I was crying, she said "big sis" does that mean she's older than me? Eh, well, it's probably just by a couple months.

Your brain was full with random thoughts. You soon fell asleep.

5:30AM.

You heard the same wake up call as yesterday.

Wow, I guess my dreams ARE relevant to real life, hah.

You got out of bed, but you didn't see Allen. You decided to change in the bathroom, but waited a minute, just to be safe. After about 5 minutes, you came  out and saw him standing there, closed eyes.

"Hey, Allen! Good morning!"

"Morning!" He said, muffled.

"Are you okay?" You asked.

"Yeah, I'm just making sure I don't see anything you don't want me to, if you know what I mean." He said, with a slightly nervous chuckle

"Oh thanks, but I've already changed."  You said.

"Oh, alright. " He said while taking his hands off of his eyes.

He's so polite-!

"How do you get ready so fast?" He asked.

"Well, back at home, I had to get up early too, and I had to hurry in order for me to not get punished." You explained

"Hey, that sounds like this place, haha.
I'm kidding, but why?" He asked.

"I don't like talking about it to everyone, but I guess I can tell you." You said

"If your not comfortable, you don't have to." He assured.

"Alright, thanks, Allen." You said.
