Operation Second Chance

Luka was getting very frustrated with all of the trouble he was going to for Marinette, a girl who would never even know to appreciate it. She would never love him like he loved her, and he didn't accept that as much as he previously thought he did. He was getting desperate to figure this out so he could go back to his life.

In the normal timeline, no time had passed, but Luka had been at this for months without food, sleep, or being detransformed for very long. Luka was stronger mentally than most miraculous holders, but over time, being transformed that long will begin to damage anyone mentally. Maybe that's why he started making mistakes, and big ones.

He caused the end of the world several times, and couldn't keep his friends alive. He kept taking bigger and bigger risks, longing to finally be done with the whole ordeal.

Luka was in Marinette's room, carefully placing the roses she had pressed to keep from chat on her desk so they would be visible. He heard a click, and suddenly Marinette rushed into the room.

"Viperion? What are you doing here? Bunnyx? I don't understand," Marinette began questioning immediately.

Luka knew better than to tell the truth, but he was tired, so the truth came spilling out past his lips before he could stop it. He cried as he explained that they had been trying for months to get her and Adrien together, revealing their identities in the process.

"Okay," Marinette said slowly, taking all the information in. "Master Fu once said something about how misusing a miraculous could make you lose your mind. I can't condone what you've done, but what's important now is for you to fix your mistakes. Bunnyx, take him back to the moment he stole the miraculouses from me, before he found out my identity. Make sure he doesn't discover my identity, and my miraculous Ladybugs will take care of everything else. And Luka, you have to promise me you'll never do anything like this again."

"I promise, Marinette," Luka said with his head hung, "Even if I wanted to, this whole adventure had taken way too much of a toll on me, I don't think I could handle another one."

And so Bunnyx did as Marinette said, and made sure Luka never stole the miraculous or found out Ladybug's identity, so she was the only one who would remember the grand adventure they went on, and even she didn't remember most of it. The miraculous ladybugs repaired the damage done, although it was tricky to convince ladybug to throw a lucky charm with no villain. Bunnyx figured out an excuse.

Everything was finally over, and went back to exactly how it was before Luka ever found out Marinette's identity. Things were as they should be and nobody except Bunnyx knew Ladybug's identity...yet.
