Jennifer arrives at the worst time, Ace is unwatchable from the blows he received from Nathan, Carter is still whining about the alchemist's kick and Destiny is half in pain from the punch to the stomach, the queen looks at them one by one followed by Zoe who doesn't really know what to think.

"Jenny you came just at the right time"
Ace says as he approaches

Destiny glares at him, she thought she was the only one who called her that.

"I already told you not to call me that"
Sentences for the umpteenth time the girl looking annoyed at the boy, Destiny at that reaction of her calms down since when she did Jennifer didn't say anything

"What are you two doing here?"
Jennifer asks turning to the two friends

"We were contributing to the development of science"
Nathan states using the same answer he gave Ace

"I can tell"
Zoe says sarcastically pointing at the asphalt ruined by the explosion

"wait do you guys know these two?"
Carter asks confused

"Long story, nothing you need to care about"
Jennifer cuts it short not wanting to explain to the three of them

"Well what happened to you two? You look like you just came out of a boxing match"
Asks the queen who demands an explanation

"These beggars have, as you can see, blown up who knows what"

"I created it and I was testing it"
Nathan explains

"Are you crazy?"
Zoe exclaims

"No, you are the ones who are boring, but what can you expect from rich people"
Nathan spits acid, it's been a long time since someone criticized his hobby

"ohh sorry we don't blow things up randomly like you do"
Zoe retorts shocked.

Destiny remains silent not knowing exactly what to say and Jennifer's presence is sending her into confusion and that doesn't help her at all

"I wish they only blew up random things, that troglodyte threw one at me!"
Ace shouts furiously, wanting to turn Jennifer against them, sure that she will take his side

"what!? Seriously?"
Jennifer exclaims, Ace smirks having succeeded in his goal

"this one called me a bitch for no fucking reason, Nathan just defended me"
Responds Destiny who has no intention of leaving to Ace the control of the game

"Ace"
Says the queen, crossing her arms and looking reproachful

"what? Now you're defending them!?"

"I'm not defending anyone you're both embarrassing, how old are you, five!?"
Jennifer exclaims impatiently, slamming her foot on the floor and shushing everyone

"well what do you expect us to do? That we apologize and shake hands like in kindergarten?"
Eric asks rhetorically

"almost almost"
Says with a slight amused smile at the idea Zoe

"I wouldn't infect myself any further with these bums"
Ace says disgustedly

"Don't worry the feeling is mutual"
Says Destiny equally disgusted

"ok that's enough you two are seriously getting on my nerves, you more than usual"
Jennifer exclaims addressing the last sentence to Ace, Destiny can't help herself and lets out a light amused laugh receiving a hateful look from the boy

"Since it's obvious you're not going to cut it out on your own, I'm going to do it"
Jennifer says pointing at the group of boys

"you guys go back to kicking the ball around and you..."
Now she is pointing at the alchemist and the wolf

"... Go back to your homes, and don't come back here ever again"
She finishes the sentence flatly

"Excuse me?"
Says Nathan annoyed

"you can come to our side but we can't come to yours?"
The boy continues

"yes"
The queen replies dryly

"you've been in the decadent part!?"
Ace exclaims in amazement

"I already said it's none of your business, Zoe please take them away"

"Fineee... Come on circulate"

"this ain't over b-i-t-c-h"
Ace brutally says to the wolf and then he is dragged away by Zoe who almost took him by the ear

"nice friends you have"
Says Destiny looking at Jennifer with a smirk

"let's just avoid okay?"

"whatever let's go Destiny I've had enough, the test itself went well that's all I need"
The boy picks up his backpack and waves the girl to follow him.

Jennifer glances at the girl letting her know that she still has something to say

"I'll be right there"
Nathan nods though a little wary and walks away.

Jennifer takes Destiny by the arm and leads her to a corner away from everyone to talk alone.

"what the hell were you thinking?"
The shocked queen asks

"look they started it ok?"

"and you blowing things up?"

"That's my friend's hobby, you should have realized that by now"

"What kind of hobby is that?"

"It's the one that saved you and your friend's asses"

"Yeah, but I didn't think you'd blow it up in a public place"

"We made sure nobody was around"

"But you didn't notice a bunch of kids playing soccer"

"they were far away from us, they barely heard the explosion"

The two girls continued this question and answer for about 5 minutes

"Why are you treating me like this? I thought...something was being born"
Says Destiny with a sad look

"just because we had a stupid kiss doesn't mean i have to justify what you do"
Jennifer replies without thinking about what she said, as long as it was just the two of them she was fine with it, but now she's afraid that others might find out about them and that terrifies her

"A st... A stupid kiss...?"

"no... Wait... I didn't mean that"

"no I totally get it... You're just a snobby little girl. Like all the others"
Destiny turns around and joins Nathan, leaving Jennifer alone.

A few tears leave the wolf's eyes regretting letting her guard down and letting her into her heart.
