Attending Xyrus Academy

Start from the beginning

Yet another round of what's and how's came as Cyrus lifted his hand as well and joined us as we made our way to the ceremony announcement.

"Okay, you two. Now that the announcement's over, what say we get you two settled into your dorms and then get some food to eat?" I asked as I stretched my aching body.

I haven't sat in one place for so long since I couldn't walk. Jesus, that took forever.

After they agreed, I followed them to the shared dorm I had Cynthia set up just for them and got them settled in, which didn't take much work at all since we only packed clothes, a towel for each of them and some training gear.

While we were grabbing our dinner however, pretty much all eyes were on us. I wasn't surprised though. There were two Dual-Elemental Augmenters and an unprecedented Quadra-Elemental Augmenter in the room.

Something so rare could only ever be seen once in a few lifetimes.

It was pretty obvious some of the less than happy nobles took exception to us as well, seeing the few looks of disdain on some faces, as if I or even we didn't deserve to be this talented.

It was a little irritating, to be honest, so I just went ahead and used a... 'deterrent,' of sorts. "Boys, grab onto me if you don't want to get hurt."

They grabbed onto me using their free hands without hesitation, giving me the all-clear to unleash my mana. I felt the usually locked away mana from inside my cores burst free and shoot out as my refined, four-element intent covered the room.

It was my own developed ability, using Kordri's King's Force as a foundation; I called it God's Ambition. The irony that I just so happen to be a 'God Fragment.' A name, for my special case, you could call it.

Quick E/N:

We're calling it a God Fragment because he's technically a partial God(thanks, dumbass God body(I blame you, Light)). Now, back to the read you go.

At that moment, everybody in the cafeteria paled, the closer ones from us falling to their knees, the closest bunch fainting on the spot.

I looked in the direction of the nobles who'd been staring us down. They were pale as a ghost and looked like they were about to cry.

Luckily, I protected the Twins with Reinforcement, or else they probably would've had heart attacks from the sudden burst of mana since they were right next to me. Add proximity and their extra sensitivity to mana alone and they probably would've been at death's door.

"You see, I don't like to be stared at, even if those stares come from nobles like you all," I announced. "I like it even less to be stared at with disdain, like some of you did just a few moments ago. I can still feel a few of you trying to stare me down."

I drew my mana back in, and everyone dropped to the floor. "I don't care about any of your unwritten or hidden rules. Go ahead and try whatever you want to us; I'll be more than sure you'll have a wonderful life here if any of you get bold enough to try anything.

I promise that on my being as one of this continent's only Quadra-Elemental mages and this continent's only Quadra-Elemental Deviant."

I glared at all of the nobles who had once looked down on us in disdain now on their knees in fear.
