"You will stand down when I tell you to. You follow my commands when I tell you to. I am absolute. My commands are absolute."(hehe, zettai wa boku da + boku no meirei wa zettai da) The sheer amount of mana I was letting out caused my voice to distort slightly.
When he fainted, whether from Zalam's soul suppression or my mana output, I retracted my mana, locking away my cores as they began filling back up with the abundant mana.
Can I assume this was your doing?
That's right. I've suppressed the soul and locked it out. I'll pull you into my world when night falls.
Sounds good. I have what I requested too, yeah?
Yeah, yeah, I tossed them into your damn arsenal when I grabbed the second soul. Just find it in your mind.
That reminds me. I'm gonna need soul-killing abilities and a portal opener.
Oh god. And for what purpose?
Elijah Knight. I'm killing Nico Sever.
Well damn. I didn't think you'd bring him up.
I'm gonna pay a visit to the Dire Tombs in about a year, and then I'll use that chance to kill Nico's soul.
Alright, then. I'll prepare a soul-killing attack or two for you. Which element? I'll ask at least that much.
Fire would be greatly recommended, but I'll be happy to take Wind or Lightning too.
Can do. See you in a few.
"Now. What to do with you..." I muttered to myself as I stared at the prone Cyrus and unconscious Castor.
"Infirmary it is."

Cyrus
I wonder what happened. I was training with my brother when I suddenly blacked out.
When I woke up, all I felt was searing pain; as if someone burned my insides, leaving me breathless on the bed I wasn't previously on.
After I gained enough strength to get up and survey my surroundings, I heard a voice from behind me.
"Finally up, huh?" I turned my head to see Kuro sitting in between my bed and the one next to me.
"Yes..." I wanted to know what happened, but the look on his face made me think otherwise.
"You went pretty wild on me," he said as he lifted his sleeves, showcasing the lacerations that riddled his arms.
"I haven't been remotely injured by something even close to this since my fight with an especially strong mana beast, a few years ago.
I've never seen such a high level of mana output coming from either of you two, yet. You guys are getting strong enough to hurt even me now."
He rolled his sleeve back down after reapplying his "Ice-style Mana Stitches," as he called it.
"What... happened..?" I hesitantly asked.
"Well, from what I know, you and Castor were sparring. I walked into my training room to pick you guys up for lunch when I found Castor defending all of your strikes.
He didn't even retaliate, just tried to suppress you without hurting you.
It wasn't until I came and interfered when he fell unconscious from the sheer amount of energy he spent. I have no idea how long he'd been trying to stop you.
