The First Move

I knelt to my knees and grabbed the tail part in my hands.
Assimilation, huh. I wonder just how this will change me.

I brought it up to my mouth and took a nice big bite out of it. Immediately, I felt it burn down my throat.

I grabbed my chest in pain as it continued to enter my body.

Augh! I can feel it burning! What the hell is with this thing and what's with its poison?

I could feel the poison burning down my throat. I could feel the serpent's DNA merge with my own.

I could feel my body change as it continued absorbing the monster's strength.

I felt everything that happened.

After I rose from the ground, I could feel my body had grown stronger.

For some reason, my senses had enhanced by several degrees, enough so that I could even feel my muscles contract.

"Huh. Who would've thought I'd change this much."

I analyzed my new body with God Eye.

"Who would've expected such a change." I looked at the serpent who had begun looking as if it'd made a big mistake.

My new body had assimilated with the serpent's tail part, and my body had become anew. Ish.

I haven't felt this kind of pain in a long time. That damn near might've killed me if I wasn't me.

Before you get all bold and start doing stupid shit, this will become a normal thing if you keep on eating monster parts like some crazy idiot.
