I'm glad you're here. / Nick Nelson x Charlie Spring

~A few days later~

Today is a Friday, I didn't have much planned except for going to Nick's tonight, But that was later. I decided to walk to school as it was a nice day and the weather was good for a Friday morning. I had my headphones in so I didn't really focus on anything else but walking. Once I got to school, I looked around for Tao, knowing he's always there first, I couldn't see him anywhere. I sighed, checking my phone to see the time, realising, I was actually there first. I laughed quietly as I sat down where we usually sat, patiently waiting for him to show up.

Instead of Tao walking up to me, Nick was there. He smiled at me happily as he sat next to me.

"Hello my darling" he said to me which obviously made me blush and fluster up. I felt butterflies in my stomach, he never calls me stuff like that unless he has something planned, like a date or, he just feels really flirty that day.

"H-Hey.." I stuttered out, barely being able to speak properly because of him. I hid my face when I tried to look at him, something felt.. different, the way he was looking at me made me blush harder. I heard him laugh, laughing at how I was reacting which made me groan out of embarrassment. After a few minutes, I lifted my head and looked at him as he ran his hand through my hair. I leant into the touch, smiling softly. His hands were so soft, they always have been.

"So, I was thinking, we go to mine for a while after school, then we go get some food and sit at the beach for dinner? then maybe go to the cinema?" Nick suggested. I smiled, loving that idea.

"That sounds amazing, Nick" I said softly as I wrapped my arms around his neck, kissing him on the lips softly. We kissed for a bit, pulling away when the bell rung. I whined, not wanting to leave Nick. He got up as I clung onto him like a child, not wanting to leave him.

"Char, we need to go to class" he said as he held me close. "I'll take you to your classroom okay?' he kissed the top of my head as I got off him, holding his hand and staying close to him. We made our way to our classrooms, sadly saying our goodbyes as we walked into our own classrooms.

Later that day, the last bell of the day rang. I smiled happily, running through the crowds and going to Nick, immediately jumping onto his back and wrapping myself around his torso. He was talking to one of his friends as he walked out, holding my legs so I didn't fall.

Once him and his friend said their goodbyes to each other, he put me down and held my hand. We walked to his house, which took us about 30 minutes, but we didn't seem to care at all. Once we got to his house, we walked inside and went straight up to his room. I hadn't been there lately since we've both been busy with our own things.

I looked around his room and sighed, "Nick, your room is a mess!" I scolded as I started cleaning up everything. There were clothes all over the floor and rubbish just everywhere. I forced him to help me clean the mess, which, he did. I did put some of his hoodies in my bag, but i did end up getting caught.

"Take them out, you're not stealing more of my hoodies Charlie. You have enough already." he said sternly as he crossed his arms and sat on the floor. I sighed, going over to him and sitting on his lap, wrapping my arms around his neck.

"But Nickk, I need more, the other ones dont smell like you anymore" I whined out, pouting slightly so he would give in. It always worked. He sighed,

"Fine, but you can only take two. And bring the other ones back okay?" he said quietly as he kissed my cheek. I nodded with a smile, kissing him softly.

We got up after two hours, getting changed into some comfortable clothes, we walked out of the house, I followed Nick to wherever he wanted. He got us some hot chips and went to the beach. We sat down on a bench and started eating, watching the sun fall. I leant my head on his shoulder, sighing happily as I held his hand carefully.

After a while, we got up again and went to the cinema. I chose the movie, obviously choosing a horror movie. Nick whined at me when I chose it,
"Why a horror movie?? You know I hate them" he said with a pout. I laughed,
"It's not my fault you get too scared" I chuckled and kissed his cheek, grabbing the popcorn as he grabbed the drinks. We went to the theatre room and sat down all the way at the back. We sorted out the drinks and sat the popcorn between us both.

Throughout the movie, I looked at Nick and smiled, just admiring him. I wasn't really interested in the movie at the moment, it was quite boring. I just kept looking at Nick, he was so beautiful, everything about him was perfect. He eventually looked at me, catching me looking. Nick laughed at me a bit as I looked away, blushing heavily. He kissed my cheek softly, "don't be embarrassed, you're allowed to stare" he whispered in my ear as he pulled me onto his lap. I leant back against his chest, my head on his shoulder. Our hands connected, staying close to one another.

After the movie, we walked out and went back to Nick's house. It was pretty dark outside now but still bright enough for us to walk back to his house, thanks to the street lights. We got back about 30 minutes later, immediately going up to his bedroom and changing into pyjamas. He wore just a pair of sweatpants and I put on some sweatpants and one of his hoodies. We both laid down on his bed and cuddled one another, Nick grabbed his laptop and put a movie on for us to fall asleep to. The laptop sat on his lap as I wrapped my arms around his chest, closing my eyes.

I felt Nellie climb onto the bed, she noticed I was there and laid on top of me. Nick let out a small, quiet laugh,
"I think she loves you more than I do.." he said as he kissed the top of my head. I replied with a playful scoff, looking up at him, kissing him on the lips softly. I went back to the position I was in, petting Nelly as I fell asleep.
