You Happened

Jeongguk left Taehyung sitting there, he was angry. Too much sad to deal with anything now. According to Jeongguk,Taehyung really didn't have to do that. Jeongguk was thinking other ways too, like commissioning the doctor himself to come to Korea, or doing it in Korea even. Taehyung's constant nagging was going into his ears. But now what? Seems like Taehyung already got annoyed because of his excessive care, there's nothing much he can do! He's doing this for Taehyung only, and that Taehyung himself wanting to be a bit apart from him, so! Yeah, it's better in the way it is.
   
    
   
It's not like Jeongguk is hating or angry with Taehyung, Taehyung must be needing some personal space too. Taking care of Jeongguk daily is really not easy. It seems easy to read words like "Taehyung helped Jeongguk on the wheelchair, or helped Jeongguk on the bed". But it's so so so much hard work, so tiring. Firstly Jeongguk is bulky, weights a decent "much". Lifting him up and down is basically a two person work. But everyday Taehyung does this himself. The boy even doesn't distaste helping Jeongguk in washroom. Bathes Jeongguk, cleans everything, feeds him, cooks for him. These are the basics, then again he keeps close eyes on Jeongguk's medication, exercise. But as the angel Taehyung is, he never complained. So, It's only normal Taehyung wants a break.
  
  
  
Being pregnant, it's not easy on Taehyung too. He hasn't been in his best healthy situation. Sighing long, Jeongguk thinks all these. Still he can't push away the little sadness that he's feeling. He wouldn't have pained Taehyung much if he knew Taehyung is getting tired, they could've hired more maids around. Taehyung wouldn't have to move even a limb.
  
  
   
On the other hand, Taehyung is feeling restless because Jeongguk just misunderstood him. Mrs. Jeon totally ruined the situation for them, she sabotaged Taehyung's innocent pleas of help. How'll Taehyung now explain to Jeongguk? Taehyung went after Jeongguk, who's now in their bedroom. It's only noon but Jeongguk closed the blinds and turned the lights off. This only shows how much he's wanting to be away from Taehyung at this moment.
    
  
  
Taehyung contemplated if he should turn on the lights, Jeongguk's ignorance is already unbearable for him. Later, decided if Jeongguk wants the lights off, let it be. He already is angry at Taehyung.
    
   
      
Taehyung: Gguk?
  
  
    
No response, from the little seeping light from window Taehyung can see that Jeongguk is near the window, sitting on wheelchair. Taehyung thought maybe Jeongguk didn't hear him at first call.
    
  
     
Taehyung: Ggukie?

Jeongguk: later.
  
  
   
But Jeongguk heard! He's just trying not to talk with Taehyung. "Doesn't he know how much his silence paining me?" Taehyung's heart cried.
   
  
  
Taehyung: please, listen to me.

Jeongguk: Said later. Don't make it worse

Taehyung: just once. Plea...…

.

Jeongguk: I SAID LATER, DIDN'T I?
   
    
  
Taehyung's breath hitched at the harsh voice. It wasn't loud but harsh and stern. That's a first time! And such a first that Taehyung didn't want to experience ever! Tears were blurring Taehyung's vision, he just nodded before getting out of the room.
    
  
     
Why is it like this for Taehyung? What harm he even did to Mrs. Jeon? From the very first day he has listened to her every demands,did everything she wanted. What's wrong if the two people finds love and wants to be together? Moreover she wanted a child, and now Taehyung is really-legally pregnant. Can't she be happy a bit? Taehyung couldn't voice his words out, heart too heavy to shed sadness but nobody to hear. Jeongguk too is angry with him. To whom he'll show this heart?
        
     
     
Taehyung started doing house chores to forget the burning pain inside him. Everytime he chooses to be a bit happier, something crashes his house. He just wants a healthy family, is it a big greed? Taehyung was washing dishes absentmindedly, why these tears don't stop falling? Wiping them every 5 seconds, before a new wash of tears flow down.
    
    
    
Taehyung was lost in thoughts, totally. It's been one hour and he's continuously doing dishes, cleaning. He even cleaned already clean,unused dishes to keep himself busy. The sound of water keeping him numb. He didn't hear Jeongguk coming out of the room or coming near him in the kitchen.
  
   
    
Jeongguk: taehyung,why are you working with the water for so long? You'll catch cold, baby.
  
  
  
Jeongguk heard the water running for this long, hearable from their bedroom. He's not fool to not know that it's Taehyung doing something with water. It pained his already hurt heart, heart already guilty after harshly speaking with his newly wedded wife. In real, Jeongguk was just taking time to cool down. He didn't want his sabotaging roaming thoughts to get the hold of his head, tried to reason everything. Facial Taehyung then would cause more misunderstanding than understanding.
  
    
    
Taehyung jerked up hearing the sudden voice of Jeongguk's, he quickly wiped his eyes, and faced Jeongguk. But looking at Jeongguk he can't stop breaking down with all those complaints in eyes. "Why you shouted at me?" written all over in those puppy teary eyes.
     
  
    
Jeongguk too was baffled to see Taehyung's crying. Did he cause this to his Taehyungie?
    
  
    
Jeongguk: baby, I'm sorry. Sorry, please come to me.
    
    
  
Yes, that's it. Taehyung crashed on his husband's chest with Jeongguk hugging him with both arms.
    
  
  
Jeongguk was working hard to hush up a hiccuping baby on his lap. And that baby named Taehyung kept hugging his neck like some rope.
  
   
    
Jeongguk: sssh, sssh, baby I'm sorry. Look at me

Taehyung: no-no

.

Jeongguk: see, I'm sorry for shouting. Please, forgive me

.

Taehyung: n-no. You hate me

.

Jeongguk: no!! Tae! Kitty! I love you.

.

Taehyung: trust me, please. I didn't say the words like that.

.

Jeongguk: I know. Whatever, it's fine. Please don't cry

.

Taehyung: It's not whatever. You got sad

.

Jeongguk: I am, can't lie. But is it me for whom my baby crying?

.

Taehyung: I love you. I just want you to get better.

.

Jeongguk: okay. I'm not sad anymore,see. Look at me. Aish naughty baby, your hands are so wrinkly! You'll catch cold !
 
  
   
Taehyung doesn't even care about himself, he cupped Jeongguk's cheeks to kiss his lips, Jeongguk was being attacked by ferociously cute kisses. How can he be angry at this human?
    
  
  
Their misunderstanding somehow got solved, and both cooked together with a smile on their face.
    
  
  
But words do damage things, if not shatter - it create small cracks. Like just today it did in their relationship, Jeongguk had a talk with himself. Talk about not being too cheesy anymore.
       
     
      
He thought Taehyung won't be annoyed in this way, again he chose to give Taehyung more personal space, trying to do some of his works by own even if it takes a lot of work being paralyzed. He even calculated that how much more Taehyung does bow without any break or off day.
    
    
   
Did Jeongguk need to think all these?Will Taehyung notice this soon? Or will it be too late when he notices the changes?
