HawkFrost x reader

"Alright, I'll be heading out with ApplePaw now for her warrior assessment," HawkFrost meowed to his mate.

She nodded slowly, "I believe that she will do great." HawkFrost smiled at her before walking off with the ginger she-cat.

W/n sighed heavily, she hadn't forgotten how ApplePaw had looked at HarePaw only a few sunrises ago.

StarlingPaw and RobinPaw then returned to camp with their mentor's, "you were the one who pushed me!" The grey tabby snarled.

"No I didn't, you just so happened to be in my way!" RobinPaw resorted. Their mentors looked at them with annoyance, W/n approached them.

She quickly saw that StarlingPaw was lifting one of his paws off the ground, "what's this all about?" W/n questioned.

"RobinPaw pushed me and made me step on a thorn..." StarlingPaw grumbled as he showed his mother the large thorn sticking out.

TansyWhisper then spike up, "you better see go see MothWing and WillowPaw for that."

"Yes, come on dear," W/n motioned with her head for her son to follow. The grey tabby grumbled under his breath as he slowly trailed behind.

RobinPaw was about to follow him but OwlFlight stopped the brown tabby, "you'll be cleaning out the apprentice's den."

He groaned in response and stomped off, W/n rolled her eyes and entered the medicine den, MothWing smiled at the two.

"How are you both doing today?" The golden tabby mewed softly, WillowPaw was busy sorting through some herbs.

W/n looked at her son, "StarlingPaw got a thorn stuck in his paw." The grey tabby showed his aunt his paw.

She tutted, "aw you poor thing, that is a big thorn, WillowPaw, come here please?" The dark grey tabby walked over to them and examined the thorn.

"You want me to get it out?" WillowPaw asked with wide green eyes, her mentor nodded. "Now what do we do with a thorn stuck in a cat's paw pad?"

"We gently take it out with our teeth?" She mewed in response. MothWing nodded, "yes, but remember, we lock around it to soften the area."

WillowPaw nodded and she was then given the task in getting the thorn out of StarlingPaw's paw pad.

W/n watched at the dark grey tabby licked the paw and then pulled out the thorn, StarlingPaw flinched a little, but his face relaxed now that the pain was gone.

"Just be careful with training for the rest of the day," MothWing meowed to StarlingPaw, who nodded slowly.

"Thank you, MothWing," W/n smiled to the medicine cat, the golden tabby nodded back to her.

As they padded out of the medicine den, W/n overheard LeopardStar calling for some cats to gather around.

That's when she remembered that the gathering was tonight, and she could speak to CrowFeather.

Her eyes then snapped to the camp entrance, ApplePaw had returned with HawkFrost and she was smiling excitedly.

HawkFrost went to the leader as W/n padded up to the ginger tabby she-cat, "did you complete your assessment?"
