Moving To Hawaii

*Sav's P.O.V*

I keep looking over at my phone, contemplating if I should call Danny or not. I know I probably shouldn't, considering the day we had yesterday, but something in me wants to talk to him.

After another 20 minutes of just staring at my phone I pick it up and dial his number before sighing and locking my phone again, "Pull yourself together Sav, you'll see him at work in a few hours." I smile at the thought of us joking round in his office when a memory from long ago pops into my mind ...

*Flashback*

I turn to look out at the empty conference room and sigh in frustration. I don't even hear Danny stand up and walk over to me but I do feel his hand on my shoulder, so I turn and face him. I can tell he seems worried so I go in to hug him but what happens next I would never have expected. His other hand moves up and cups my face, pulling me in towards him. He hesitates, his lips inches away from mine, seeming to ask permission. Going against my better judgment I lace my fingers around his neck and lean up to meet him. He immediately stops being shy and pulls me into him, arms snaking around my waist. He starts moving his body, gently guiding me backwards towards his desk. I feel the wood push against the back of my legs and lift myself into a sitting position on the edge, wrapping my legs around his waist as he positions himself between them, standing as close to me as possible. He starts to move down my jaw to my neck, gently nipping at my collarbone earning a groan from me. I feel him chuckle against my skin at my reaction. He looks back up at me and leans in again but before we meet, we hear approaching voices in the passage.

*End Flashback*

I smile to myself and a soft moan slips from my lips as I let my mind wander to what could have happened if we hadn't been interrupted or what could have happened if we'd been caught... I chuckle at the thought of Steve's face, seeing his best friend standing between his little sisters legs before fully bursting out into fits of laughter. Diesel whines from the kitchen, pulling me out of my memory and back to reality, Danny and I will need to talk to Steve, I wonder if we should tell Steve or Danny's kids first... Maybe we have a dinner party and announce it to everyone at once?

I let out a frustrated sigh and walk into the kitchen to prep dinner for myself and Diesel, my mind still turning on how to let my family know about my current situation.

((I want to apologize for the inconsistent updates, to be honest I forget I was writing this sometimes and other times I get a wave of inspiration. Hope everyone is doing ok with these random updates and here's hoping I can finish this book soon))
