A new SCP (SCP-049 x SCPchildreader)

I watched stunned as some humans with weapons came and dragged the human that I spoke with out. He doesn't get treated that well, I thought. Maybe he is like a prisoner that is forced to do things? 

"Hello!" 

I jumped in surprise and looked behind me to see a human. I stared at him, he must have said it. He looked different from the human I had spoke with. This human has orange hair, with a few freckles on his face. He was wearing a necklace that had a ruby in the middle. He was also wearing a white coat. 

That human chuckled a little. "I must have surprised you."

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Guess you could call me Dr. Bright. Honestly I don't know how I even am a doctor here." Dr. Bright answered.

"Where am I?" I asked, suddenly curious about where I was.

Dr. Bright smirked. "Try to guess."

"Some type of prison for things that have special powers?" I guessed.

"Correct." Dr. Bright then looks at his watch. "Well I've got to go to a stupid meeting I have to attend." 

Dr. Bright then walks out the door leaving me alone.
