Y/N, the gender neutral partner of Hu Tao now heads to Sumeru to uncover the answer of what exactly happened to their girlfriend, and to free her from whatever ails her now as a result of that...
It was very early in the morn, waking up early due to the anticipation of today's activities, I slowly stumble my way out of the bedroom and into the conjoined office. My hands were occupied with trying to wipe away the grogginess from my eyes, and I didn't really see where I was going. But having lived here for quite a while now, I knew the layout of these rooms quite well now!
Y/N: *YAWN*
Hu Tao: "Hmm? Oh! Morning sweetie! What are you doing up so early? I didn't wake you, did I?"

Y/N: "Oh, no no! Don't worry, I guess my mind was just really excited about today and got me up early, and now the rest of me is only just catching— *yawn* —catching up!"
Hu Tao: "O-ya? And what's got you all excited today then, hmm? You weren't just thinking of me again, right? Hee-hee!"
Y/N: "Hu Tao, I'm ALWAYS thinking about you!"
Hu Tao: "Oh! You stop that you! I've gotta be serious for work! We can't have Zhongli almost catching us again! Geez! It's like that guy is omniscient or something!!"
Y/N: "He certainly has a knack for showing up at the worst times, that's for sure!"
Hu Tao: "Most definitely! So then, sweetheart, if it's not me that has gotten you all excited this morning, then what has?"
Y/N: "You really don't remember? Heh! You're impossible! But you better not have filled your evening tonight, you said you'd be free!"
Hu Tao: "Evening...? OH! Aiya! I'm sorry my sweetness, it totally drifted from my mind! Yes, I'm still free tonight for out meal!"
Y/N: "Oh, thank goodness..."
Hu Tao: "It's the day of now, so you can tell me where you booked now, right?"
Y/N: "I thought you couldn't get too excited because of work? If I told you now—"
Hu Tao: "Oh, please tell me! I've been absolutely dying to know! You've gotten too good at keeping secrets from me, it's not fair!"
Y/N: "By that, I suppose you actually just mean that I've gotten good at shaking you off my tail whilst you try to stalk me!"
Hu Tao: "Hmph! Meanie!"
*knock knock*
Hu Tao: "Hmm? Oh! That must be that parcel!! c–Could you go get it for me? Please, sweetie?"
Y/N: *fake sigh* "Must I do everything around here?!"
Hu Tao: "Hee-hee! But at least you're paid well for your services. In kisses that is!"
* kiss *
Y/N: "Hmmm... I suppose that's a fair exchange... Well then! Of course I will. I shall return in but a moment m'lady!"
