The next day i woke with a jolt from the the alarm ii had set on my clock to go off every day this week. I got ready, same as i did the day before I walked to my car and... the tires were slashed? Who would do this? I et out a sigh and began walking to the pizzeria. Suddenly, matt walked up behind me "i thought you would drive to work today? You did yesterday" okk uh "not that it's any of your business but someone slashed my tires, I'll have to call the insurance company after work." he nodded and said "well it's dangerous to walk alone this early in the morning, how about i walk you to work?" i sighed. "Not like i have much of a choice so, ok? Whatever, " he nodded and started to walk alongside me, talking about random things, not that I was listening anyway, and soon we arrived at work, it just made me wonder, does he always walk to work? Whatever, I don't care anyway. But I was told by the boss again to work the entrance counter, it was still like an hour before opening so i was just playing on my phone, when dave and jack came in they were whispering about some stuipid plot to get this place shut down? Or something stuipid like that. But whatever, it should be fine. Not like they'd kill anyone, right? Right. But something did rub me the wrong way about how they quiet down when they walked past me, something tells me I shouldn't trust them. They just felt.... Off.. but eh, what could go wrong? When the place opened up I had to deal with another long day of Karen's, and brats. But at the end of the day, Matt walked over to me "it's also extremely dangerous to walk home alone at night, how about I walk you ho-" he was cut off by Dave wrapping his arm around me "nonsense! It's fine! Nothing is bad about this part of town!" i didn't believe that, and i said "ok, if that's true why did my tires get slashed this morning? Besides, i DO keep a weapon for self defense, when icalled for the interview, he said it was fine, but since matt apparently lives he same way i do, i guess i have no choice but to walk home with him, sadly" dave rolled his eyes "do you HAVE to go home just now? How about grabbing a drink with me and jack" i shook my head "i have to prepare for some friends coming into town, so i will have to decline your offer, thank you though," dave looked annoyed by this but removed his arm from around me, while me and matt walked out the door, "is it true you keep a weapon on you for self defense? What kind of weapon" great way to start a conversation matt, "yes, i do. I got permission from the boss seeing as i have no criminal or violent history," matt nodded his head as i continued "and the weapon is a gun" matt slightly chuckled and said "surprised steven let you do that, i mean. With the missing children situation at freddy's and all." that stopped me for a moment, missing children? I had no idea about that, matt must've noticed my puzzled face cause he clarified himself with "at every freddy's i've seen, at least five children go missing, or are found dead in the suits," that sounds.... Horrible... who would do that to children but Matt just shrugged and said, "well, you will get used to it after a while, after all, it's a freddys location, did you not read into the place before filing for a job here? Pretty stuipid if you ask me" I glared at him "hey! I didn't get this job willingly! I got it on a dare from my friends, I needed a cover up for my actual job, because it was suspicious to the neighbors who never saw me go to work," DID I JUST LET THAT SLIP? Great he's gonna question me now on what my actual job is, except... he didn't. He just shrugged it off and said "fair enough" wait a minute... did i just ramble to this... creepy looking weirdo? I need to get my life together. We had arrived at my house by then and I gave Matt an awkward thank you for walking me home as i walked inside. When i got in i cleaned up my house because i would have the day off tomorrow, as freddies is hardly open on weekends, except for special events, and went to sleep on my bed,
