Winning races were now my speciality. Since my first race I had won six races, only losing one. I lost to Brian. I guess you could call us the king and queen of street racing, but that's beside the point. Anyway......another race event was going down. This one was different though. This wasn't just another street race, it was something big. Something that had never been done in the history of racing......'Race Wars'. Race wars was going to take place in the sandy area of California. It turned out to be an annual event, where racers from all over the world would come and showcase their skills. A man by the name of Dominic Torreto and a women, Letty Ortiz had created it. Brian would always tell me stories on how he had once met them. He told me that they were excellent drivers and that he was keeping an eye on Dom's sister, Mia. He said that she was gorgeous and that she was the one that he was going to marry. Straight black hair, white tanned skin, and a tall, skinny body is the description he gave me. From all that he was telling me, I was anxious to meet her. And it looked like I was going to get the chance.

The big day was finally here. The day that I would get to put my skill against the best of the best. I was more focused on racing and kicking ass, while Brian was focused on spending time with Mia. I tried convincing him to worry about racing, but he wouldn't budge. He was love struck, but that wasn't stopping me from having a good time. I must've had at least five bottles of Corola. I was practically drunk when it was time for me to race. Despite the fact that I was drunk, I still won the race. When I got out the car, Brian was right there, with Mia waiting to congratulate me. I almost didn't even here what Brian said, because I was too focused on how gorgeous Mia looked. "Damn! Your a fine girl." I told her. By the tone of my voice and my body language, Brian was able to detect that I was wasted. He told me "alright, I think you need to rest Rome"....."Nah man, I'm straight. I still got five more races in me", I responded. Unwillingly, I listened to Brian. After five minutes of just standing, watching cars race, Dom and Letty came up to me. Letty said, "Dang! You got some skill."...."Your a natural" Dom added. I nodded and said, "well i learned from the best"....... "And who would that be?", Letty asked. Before I was even able to answer police sirens went on and suddenly everyone stopped. The car engines shut off, and the music stopped playing. People cautiously listened by there car in case they needed to book it.
