That's where the special guest comes in Reed Richards enters the room, and a hush falls over the crowd
Richards smiles, before his face shifts and changes to reveal The Chameleon aka Demetri
Tombstone has hired Chameleon to steal the symbiote, to take back what was rightfully after it was stolen from Miles Warren's lab
Because owning a weapon like that, it can turn the tide on my legacy doing this as a show of my power, to demand respect from the other crime lords To force them to treat me like- Lincoln said when he stopped when heard a door open
Wilson Fisk enters, a presence so imposing the entire room falls silent
im too interested in the symbiote a weapon like that would prove most useful for the future Fisk says
Fisk looks to Chameleon
I'll pay five times what Lincoln is paying if you steal symbiote for me instead Fisk says to chameleon
Chameleon agrees Fisk begins to walk away
Tombstone grabs him by the arm
I'll do everything in his power to get my hands on that symbiote first Lincoln says angrily
Fisk glares at Tombstone and says "It's all just a game of chess, Mr. Lincoln
As everyone leaves
the dark-haired woman turns a corner, and Felicia Hardy takes off her disguise, as a figure drops down in front of her from above
Daredevil stands before her, wearing a modified version of his red armor
"Did you get all of that?" Felicia said to Matt
Just about This is bad news We need his help Matt says sadly
"No, we don't, we can handle this on our own Felicia said afraid that peter will almost be killed or hurt since she didn't want to lose her friend like how she lost her father
"Felicia We need Spider-Man Matt said sternly
Meanwhile Peter
Peter still feels guilty for what he did to Marc part of him was disgusted how he did that to someone
I mean it was nice to know that even know he sees himself as a monster there were people his loved ones on his side still even after he pushed them away
he was quite curious about how he was doing so far in recovering well his grades were good things at school were going well for him
minus the fact, he slept the entire first period to it without even realizing it
but it felt good to be back to school the chaos of spiderman was gone he's never given up on him
it was still stuck on him since he knows that he has to keep going no matter how hard it gets
Spiderman is who Peter parker is its a part of him now and forever basically
After School
Peter Parker goes home to see Daredevil standing there inside his house
he just smiles and walks over to hug him
Matt hugged back having a good bond with the kid
Hey, kid, Matt said softly
um hey Matt do you need help with something Peter said concerned
yeah I do I need your help kiddo Matt said sadly
um yeah sure I would love to help you Matt Peter said happily
Kingpin also known as Fisk is back to how Lincoln is reacting to it, but most importantly, they're both after the Symbiote Matt said with a stern look
Peter's heart drops
He had thought that the symbiote was controlling him when in reality it was just bringing out the worst in him
He remembers what it was like to wear it, all of that power, in return feeding off of your pain and your anger
If someone like Fisk or Tombstone were to get ahold of that No He can't let that happen not on his watch
i don't know Matt I mean i would love to help and all but I were to get involved, things would just end badly and I'll get more people hurt
I understand probably better than anyone but if you change your mind feel free to also stop at Fogwells gym any time kiddo Matt said then leaving his house
Meanwhile
Wilson Fisk and Chameleon, sitting in a car as they drive through the city
Fisk got out of prison and if he's on the run from the law, or what the deal with Vanessa is and how that's impacting him
Hell's Kitchen is gonna be burned to the ground
Fisk is extremely wealthy, and that wealth and that power is allowing Fisk to take over Tombstone's territory
Buying out all of the different businesses and properties, creating a monopoly to drive Lincoln away
Pretty soon he'll start charging for exclusive content on his new subscription service Kingpin+ and cancel projects when they're basically finished for a tax cut.
Can you tell I'm still mad Chameleon asks Fisk what the plan is,
but Fisk says to not worry too much There are more factors at play here than just the two of them
Fisk pulls out a case and opens it to reveal a fine, ornate chess set

Meanwhile Lincoln
Tombstone sits in his office, looking out the window over New York
His home and His city
He's earned this and is not going to let Fisk come back in and take it all away from him again
He wanted to be King more than anything and was handed it on a silver platter by being the toughest guy on the block, but he failed time and time again, and his end is just over the horizon
How does he react to that? What does that desperation drive him to do? On the table beside him is an ornate chess set
After everything he's been through, he deserves this power and needs it
he's going to do whatever he can to keep it that way
