"mhh... y/n?" i stretched my arms while my eyes slowly fluttered open - it was still dark.

"y/n?"

my eyes widened when i saw that she wasn't laying next to me anymore.

"y/n?"

i stood up immediately and checked every single room, she wasn't in the kitchen to get something to drink, she wasn't in the bathroom to pee, she wasn't anywhere.

"y/n!"

her shoes and jacket were gone, did she go outside in the middle of the night?

my eyes glared over to a clock.... 12 am.

"...fuck....FUCK!"

i ripped the door open stomped through the hallway while going through my phone and calling a few men.

i stared at them all talking to each other in my room, i just sat on the couch, thinking of where she could be.

i've already checked, her car is still here but she was no where in the building.... it was almost 1am by now.

"sir, we-" "anything new on where she could be?" "no.. but-" "then i don't wanna hear it"

suddenly, the door opened - ran and kokonoi walked in.

"what are you doing here?" i stood up, they both had their hands in their pockets, koko spoke up "i can't stand you being so loud, and i think i know exactly how to shut you up already" "so you know where she's at?" "well...."

ran handed me a small note.

"i was curious about the situation, it didn't take me too long to find out you were looking for your dear 'y/n' " kokonoi chuckled while i looked down at the note. "and a little bird... well, kakucho was annoyed of me being curious so he told me to go ask ran if i do have any questions... and i did exactly that"

'i broke out.
i'm going to meet up with y/n tonight, i'll come back home after to see you one last time before i have to leave the country

i stared down at the note before closing my fist to crumple it up.

i glared up to ran while keeping my head down. "i'm killing that bastard once he dares to enter this building" "calm down, he didn't do anything"

"tch" i grabbed onto ran's collar, he didn't show any reaction though.
