« SOL, MY SOUL »

LUNA'S P.O.V

I love you, Luna Astherielle.”

I pushed her away from me and cover my mouth with my arm in shocked when I heard that and finally realized what we've done.

“Wha...what?” I confusedly muttered.

“You heard me. I love you from the moment you saved me.”

I took a step back when she tried to walked to me and quickly shakes my head, laughing off the situation because I don't want anyone hearing this confession.

“O-oi, it's not a good idea to joke abo--”

“I'm serious. If you'll just give me a chance to show it to you.” I yanked my hand away from her and glared at her.

“Step away from me, Soliel. Kissing me like that, what if someone sees that?! Are you out of your goddamn mind?!” I angrily said.

She likes me? Why, how, and when? She can't feel this way.

OMNISCIENT

Soliel didn't expect that reaction from Luna, she thought she feel the same way because of the kiss they had just shared earlier. But it was wrong, Luna was looking at her angrily and disappointed with her action.

“You know from the fucking start, different clans can't be together. I shouldn't have save you from them when I know you'll do this to me.”

A gasp finally came out from the small girl, those words from her love slowly break her into a tiny million pieces. Her hands that was trying to hold Luna's hand retreated back, shaking uncontrollably.

She couldn't believe that Luna will really regret saving her, her eyes were wide open and stared at Luna in shocked.

“You don't mean that...right?” She stuttered while asking that question.

“I mean it. I shouldn't have saved you and agreed to be your friend.”

Luna gulped the lump of her throat when she saw a tear came out from Soliel's eye, she hated herself for it but she doesn't have a choice.

“Even if I did feel the same way with you, what do you think will happen later? Both of us will suffer from pain. Your mother and mine never ended up together even they loved each other so much.”

Soliel looked away, “Because they're scared.”

“They're not scared of pain. They're scared that one of them will die! That's why, they forget their feelings and hurt each other.”

Luna clicked her tongue and turned her back on the latter as her aura darken.

“Despite those, I will never fall for someone pathetic like you.” She coldly told Soliel who finally broke down and let out the tears she was trying not to flow down her cheeks.

Even though Luna can hear her sobs, she ignored her and began walking back to their hut untying that cast when her broken arm earlier was now in a good condition again.

Soliel was left alone in the shore, tears falling to the sand as her heart was shattered when she heard those words. It kept repeating in her head and hatred could be heard in Luna's voice.
