It has been a few months and everything is going amazing everyone knows. The winter season is gone it is getting more hotter since it is the spring, flowers are blooming back up, the trees are forming the green leaves and the sun is more out and the sky is more blue. Spring is Max favorite season, and although the pollen makes her sneeze all the time she enjoys being outside with the fields of flowers in their front yard, and also just being outside in general.
All of them made it a deal to have breakfast at Karen's frequently, because she was always the go to person besides Joyce and also she begged them too because she enjoys and misses cooking for the boys and everyone plus she always says that Ted drives her crazy. They all agreed happily, because they love Karen and enjoy her cooking plus it is an excuse for them not to cook.
So Max, Lucas, Mike, Eleven, Dustin, Suzie, Nancy and Steve all eat at the table while Karen flips more pancakes, soft music playing on the radio in the background.
"Max!" Holly exclaims, showing her the picture she drew. "Look! It's a picture of the house!"
"Wow you're getting good!" Max says, going to sit Holly on her lap while she shows the picture. Max even goes to draw something along with the picture, smiling when Holly begins to clap her hands. Lucas smiles at the scene, continuing to eat his breakfast on his plate.
"Thanks again for breakfast mom." Nancy says, going to wash off her plate.
"Oh sweetie you don't have to do that." Karen says, going to take the plate from Nancy and beginning to wash it. Nancy smiles, following Karen back to the dinning room as she puts a plate in front of Dustin and Mike. "You guys are very much welcome, you know you all are welcome hear anytime." Karen mentions, looking at everyone eating. "Plus you all cannot abandon me..." Karen starts while sitting down, looking around before turning to them. "...Ted drives me crazy sometimes." Karen whispers.
"Sometimes?" Mike reasons in a sarcastic tone.
Karen nods while shrugging her shoulders. "Okay all the time. But sometimes I like to give him the benefit..."
"Karen the TV is out again!" Ted exclaims, sitting on the recliner chair, looking at the blank screen of the TV.
Karen grits her teeth a little, closing her eyes while clenching her fist a little. "Just punch the top of it Ted!"
Ted huffs out, mumbling something out of his breath before he gets up, beginning to slap the TV a few times before it comes back up.
"Jesus Christ how did you deal with this guy all your life?" Steve whispers to Nancy while taking a bite of his pancakes.
"Stayed up in my room." Nancy replies, giving Steve a cheeky smile.
"More like how does mom deal with him. We had the safety of our rooms." Mike whispers.
"Where's breakfast?" Ted questions.
"In the kitchen." Karen replies simply.
"Which means you can come make yourself a plate. You know since your lovely wife already cooked everything." Dustin says while turning around to look at Ted. Dustin must say that it is not many who get on his nerves but Ted makes the top of the list. He never does anything for himself, he just never does anything period. He is lazy and he is always complaining about any and everything while being lazy, plus he was never any help at all.
Ted huffs once again, leaning forward in his chair. "Fine, I'll guess I'll do it." Ted mumbles, going to the kitchen to begin making a plate.
Karen rolls her eyes, turning back to everyone else. "So, any plans for this spring?"
