After a ride around the city Lucas and Max both decided to stop on a hill full of just fields of grass and flowers, overviewing the city. Lucas motorcycle is parked behind them while they stand on the hill, both of them looking at the city while hugging each other.
"Everyone is probably wondering where we went." Max mentions, the side of her head resting on Lucas chest while her arms are around his waist, her hands entangled together.
Lucas smiles, his chin rested on the top of Max's head. "They'll be fine." He responds, going to look at Max. "So pray tell, what's your dream wedding?"
Max smiles while she looks out at the view, truly thinking about the question. "I honestly have no idea. I mean...I never thought I would be getting married." She admits, through everything marriage was not even on Max's mind, because she had the clear mindset that all men were complete assholes and it is not even worth it to try. It has occurred in her mind some of the time, but not as much to where she actually planned out her dream wedding.
"Well now since you are..." Lucas smiles, turning her head gently to face him. "...any ideas?"
Max tilts her head to the side, truly letting herself think. She wants this wedding to be perfect, she also wants something different, some meaningful as well. "Some place inside, because I really liked the neon lights that was done in the gym. I want something like that."
Lucas smiles while nodding his head. "What else?"
"A chandelier." Max smiles.
"A chandelier?"
"Yeah you know those chandeliers that shine those white lights? Those almost dots of light that go on the floor and spins along with the chandelier? I want that." Max explains while gesturing with her hands.
Lucas smiles wider, loving how she smiles while she explains it. "Alright. What else?"
"Ooooo! Candles!" Max says excitedly.
"Candles?"
"Yeah so we get those thingies, those long candles you can put on stands and put them on each end of the aisle. I don't know I just want something different then the typical wedding, I don't know for some reason I just want to go big." Max smiles.
"Whatever you want to do that is what we are going to do." Lucas mentions with a smile.
Max smiles wider, going to hug Lucas tightly. She has never felt so happy before, she feels lighter and she is so excited to begin wedding plans. She wants to get married to Lucas as soon as possible but she also wants to plan out this wedding precisely that way it can be perfect. She can't wait when she goes to brainstorm with the girls along with Joyce and Karen, she can honestly say she can't wait to talk to Murray about the food options, she can't wait to go places to discuss and look at Venue's, and she can't wait to go with Lucas for cake testings.
She can't wait for it all.
"I'm glad you wanted different, because I thought about something." Lucas mentions, going to look at Max while they still hold each other.
"Pray tell." Max smiles.
"I was thinking instead of you picking the maid of honor and me picking the best man we reverse it." Lucas mentions.
Max nods her head. "That's actually a really good idea, I like that."
"And what about the bride and grooms maids colors? Do we know what we want them to be?" Lucas questions.
Max looks at Lucas bike. "Well you have been a big fan of black and red recently."
Lucas laughs while looking at his bike. "Yeah, the colors do go together."
