before we officially went out of the camp we changed into some new clothes, cause the old ones were still full of the stuff that the alien sprayed at us. 

We walked down the street with the bikes. I thought about how we could teach Alex riding the bike and I since Dariush and ZhenZhen were close to him I decided that they would help him. "Okay so, ZhenZhen gets on one side of Alex and Dariush on the other. So I would be riding with you, Gab." I told them my plan and in the end looked at Gabriel. "Are you fine with that?" I asked him and he smiled at me while nodding his head. I saw ZhenZhen touching Alex's arm while saying "I won't let you fall" Gosh they're actually really cute together. 

We put on hour helmets and sat on our bikes. I put my arms around Gabriels waist so that I wouldn't fall. We started driving slowly so that Alex could get control of the bike. Then we started to get faster and Alex started riding on his own. We went down a hill going faster, so a tightened my grip around Gabriel's waist, while looking over his shoulder. The wind ran through my face when i smelled a bit of his scent. He smelled really good. It was fun driving around there and and we laughed a lot. well until Alex crashed and landed on the floor. We stopped right in front of his bike, getting off to see if he was okay. We asked him lots of times if he was okay but he didn't answer he just looked to the city. we all looked at it. It was burning everywhere and smoke went up to the sky. It was horrifying. 

We walked down a street looking at all the broken things on the floor, till Dariush found the sheriff station. It looked empty. "You guys go ahead. I'll just stay back and watch our bikes." It was weird that Gabriel said that, because there wasn't anybody around to steal them. I looked at him, he looked down. He hid something. "Yeah looters could take them." I said looking at Dariush. "We'll just stay and watch" I turned around giving Gabriel a small smile while he turned to me doing the same. When Alex, Dariush and ZhenZhen went into the station I took off my helmet and sat down by the tree. Gabriel came to sit beside me. "Why did you say that? You know there'll be nobody around to steal the bikes." I straight out asked him. He did not look at me when he answered "Long story". "I've got time" I said smiling at him.

since there was nobody in the station, we decided to drive to the city. It was a risk but we had to take it. we were relaxed, well till ZhenZhen and Alex almost got run over by military cars. We ran after them trying to get them to see us, but somebody screamed at us which made us turn around and lift our hands in the air. "Kids! Kids!" the front man told the other soldiers and they took their weapons down. He told us to get on a bus to drive us out of here but we made him stop and listen to us. "You need to take this key to Pasadena." I told the man, giving him the key I had around my neck "Where'd you get this?" He asked me, holding it in his hand. "An astronaut from the space station gave it to us." "She said we need to take it to JPL" "What's on that key can stop the aliens." "You need to get that to JPL in Pasadena to a Dr. Fielding." We all told him "We've been receiving Morse code from a Dr. Fielding at JPL all day. Finding this key has been the primary objective. Thanks kids. You may have just saved the world." When the man said that we were so happy that we made it. We all high-fived and ran into the bus to get out of the city. 

But just as we thought we were going somewhere safe, the car in front of us with the man with the key in it exploded. we ran out of the bus to the car the man was in. He was laying under loads of car parts and we couldn't get him out. ZhenZhen grabbed the radio where morse codes came from and put it in her bag. The man wouldn't let us help him, but instead he gave the key to Alex telling him that it is on us again. Great. We started running again when we almost got hit by something again. We ran down a street trying to get away as far and fast as we could, till we heard no more gun shots. We finally came to a stop to catch our breaths.
