Quirk description: Milo has a fluffy tail, the end resembling a charger. Plugging it in to any device or outlet allows him to drain the electricity which he can then use to shock those around him
Fun fact: the only time he gets energy is after he uses his quirk (it only lasts around two hours though) after that he'll be just as tired and lazy as he's always been
