Dr. Lalita was checking Advika in the emergency room. And Viyaan was waiting outside the room.
Dr. Lalita is the one let him and Advika enter the hospital.
"Why she helped me? Is she know me Or Advika? " Viyaan was thinking about all these when Dr came out of the room.
"Mam...
" Come to my cabin" She said and left while a nurse show me the way of her cabin. She gestures me to sit.
"Who are you? And what relation you have with her?" She asked me and I was perplexed as we both are underage and can't live together.
"I fill the form outside from the reception. Just tell me what happened to her?"
"Is this way you talk to your elders" Her voice is still soft. She is not looking angry.
"Thank you for your help Mam, I am Viyaan and She is my best friend"
"Her parents??" I rolled my eyes internally. She is Doctor or what? Why she is interrogating us personally. I am pretty sure she is not that free to talk with every patient's family member.

"By the way I have an offer for you" Yes now she will show her true colours.
"Just get straight to the point Mam...You are trying to say something from the start" I said and she smiled.
"You are a really intelligent child. I saw both of you in front of my apartment in the park from few days. I don't have a kid so I want to adopt you as my son" She said getting straight to the point. Dr said and kept her hand on my hand and I was just shocked to say anything as my brain filled with so many thoughts.
"Why you want to adopt me?"
"I want a child and I have been watching you for a few days and today I saw that you can do anything to save her and I more shocked when you told her just friend" he looked at her quietly then she added
"If you are doing this much for mere stranger then what you will do for your family?" Family! Advika never experienced this. I have other goals in my life. It's better if she adopt her. In this Advika gets love from the family and surname.
"And what about her?" I asked with devoid emotions after taking the decision.
"I am running an NGO for children like her...so I send her there and I promise you can meet her anytime" But She doesn't want to live in any orphanage.
"Why you want me to trust you?"
"Viyaan...I am a certified doctor here and that NGO is under the care of the govt."
"Then please adopt Advika as your daughter." tears welled up in my eyes while saying this. I don't want to lose her. But I am not selfish that I will leave her alone when she trusted me th8s much that she gave her all savings to me and this time doctor is totally shocked what to say?
"Viyaan you are so selfless. You are thinking about her when you can get everything"

"I will manage myself alone" I said and added
"Try to convince her. I think she will listen to you" I said and stood up. I can't cry in front of this doctor.
A Nurse knocked and said she got her consciousness back and she is calling my name.
"Mam... One more request" I said and she nodded me to continue.
"She had her first periods a few days ago and she don't know about this anything. so please can you explain to her because I don't know what to explain?" She chuckled sadly and nodded. We both stood up and entered the room where she was lying on the hospital bed. A Iv tube in her vein to give glucose in her body.
"What happened to me Viyaan? " She said slowly and tried to get up. I immediately held her.
"Just Weakness. You need a proper diet" Doctor replied to her then looked towards me. "And You can discharge her in the morning"
"Proper diet includes vegetables, fruits.." I said slowly. Advika nodded and tugged my hand. I raised my brows to ask and she looked at doctor.
Dr. Lalita saw this and left. I tried to stop her but she left.
"What happened Advika?"
"Let's go home. I don't like here in hospital. All the people staring at us. Nurse didi looked at me like she is feeling disgusted with me. Only this Doctor is talking to me nicely" She said in low voice.
"We have home Advika? " I said in slightly loud voice. She looked at beliwered.
"We are searching for a home na?"
"We both are underage Advika. We will not get home for us. We are alone... "
"What are you saying suddenly?" She said and tears welled up in her eyes.
"Dekho tumhare saare paise mai wapas kar deta hu... Ab tum apne rashte aur mai apne" I said pretending getting anger and went out directly. She will hate me for this. I broke my promise.
