Partners In Crime (Ethan Winters x Reader)

(3 of 4 flasks. You two had almost done it. There was one more left, and that was in the hands of Heisenberg. The Duke warned you both about Heisenberg. Said that he was the most dangerous and can often play a lot of games. You and Ethan spent the rest of the night thinking of a plan and how to get there safely without him trying anything. You didn't think he would, you thought he was a alright guy. But Ethan on the other hand, thought that he couldn't be trusted and we needed to be more careful around him. That's how you ended up where you are now. You had just put the third flask in the altar. Suddenly, you heard something moving. It sounded like something big. The floor began to shake where you both were stood and soon it began to go down. A roof went over your head in the shape of the top of an umbrella and closed you both in. The floor kept going down and down. Small candles decorated the gaps in the walls as you went down. You didn't know what was happening and you quickly grabbed Ethan's hand for support)

He gave a small chuckle.
"Are you alright?" He said looking down at you with a smile.
"Yeah..I'm fine I'm just worried about where this is going"
"Yeah I am too. But there shouldn't be any danger. The duke said once we put this one in, we should get to where Heisenberg is. I'm sure this is the route"
You took a deep breathe in and calmed yourself down. You weren't really worried about yourself completely, you were worried about Ethan. About someone hurting him. Little did you know, he thought the exact same thing about you.

He gave your hand a little squeeze as you both kept going down and you rubbed your thumb over his hand in response. You saw him smile and look the other way. He was so cute.

Soon, you reached the bottom. The floor coming to a abrupt stop. There was a small walkway which you both began to walk through when you heard a voice interrupt from what seemed like through a speaker.
"Don't worry about the kid, Ethan. It'll be fine. Just get both your asses across the bridge!"
The voice startled you both as you saw Ethan get his handgun out, making sure it was loaded. When you reached the end of the walkway, a giant factory sat in front of you. A long stone bridge was also there, that you had to cross to get to it. Giant mountains sat behind the factory, giving it a very scenic and pretty look. Damn it, why do all the lords get such nice places?

"Let me go first, okay?" Ethan said putting his arm out to stop you crossing the bridge.
You scoffed.
"Be my guest handsome"
He chuckled as he walked in front of you. When you reached half way across the bridge, the same voice spoke through the speakers once again.
"Ah, Ethan Winters and (Y/N) (L/N). Welcome."
You both got over the bridge, waiting outside the metal gates as they slowly opened with a creak.
"I didn't think you would make it this far Ethan with your sanity left but, I suppose you survived worse back in America hm?"
At this Ethan's eyes widened before as his gaze turned cold, staring directly at the floor with his jaw clenched. It obviously affected him deep down. You held his hand again squeezing it so that he looked at you. Once he did, you gave him a smile.
"Don't listen to him. Come on"
You lead Ethan forwards for a bit until he wanted to be in front of you again. You did find it quite sweet.
"I like you both." Heisenberg spoke again through the speakers.
"I'd like to speak to you both about Rose and Miranda. Oh come on in. Don't worry, it's not a trap."
When the voice suddenly died down Ethan spoke.
"What is he planning?"
You gave a shrug before getting your bow out and holding it tightly just in case.

As you both approached the doors of the factory, a bell went off and they began to open. You both stepped inside. The room has tons of metal in, and there was bits of hay hanging down from the ceilings. The room looked abandoned. You kept moving forwards. You needed to find Heisenberg. There was a side door which you both walked through and down the stairs. The walls were made out of brick and there was lots of metal parts everywhere. It led into a bigger room, shelves, books, metal, scraps, lots of things decorated the room. There was a large piece of cloth covering something which obviously Ethan turned his attention towards. He began walking towards it with you behind him. Ethan reached out and pulled the cloth away, revealing some pictures. There was a large picture of Mother Miranda in the middle surrounded by a picture of Donna, Moreau, Lady Dimitrescu, and finally, you. You were looking at your picture for a while before you finally noticed a picture of Rose and Mia in which Ethan was looking back at your picture, to theirs.
"What the hell?" You said staring at them all.
There was also a picture of Ethan, and another one of Rose by herself. Several pictures of creatures and other beings decorated the space behind them all.
"Mia? Rose?" Ethan said looking closer at the picture, almost studying it.
