He turned around to face you quickly "You were supposed to wait downstairs!" "Well...I heard a noise and wanted to check on you" He looked surprised "Well aren't you just the sweetest" He sighed "I suppose I took a little longer than expected, anyways let's do something with that hair of yours" He took you hand again as he walked downstairs and you sat in the chair infront of the mirror, He slid open a drawer next to you and pulled out a comb and started to gently brush your hair.

"All done neighbor!" He fixed your hair the way it was before but you caught a glimpse of a little bow in the back of your hair that was your F/C You smiled at the little bow and he seemed to notice, "Do you like it?" "Of course, it has a nice color" you replied, he was relieved "It suits you" He whispered to himself
"Knock knock!"
"Hmm it seems we have a visitor" He exhaled "I'll get it" you walked towards the door, you turn the door knob but it won't open fully as you feel the weight of something on the other side. "You can't just open the door silly! Your supposed to say who's there" You and Wally could immediately tell it was Barnaby outside "Don't worry I'll start again, Knock knock!" You played along "Who's there?" "Woo" "Woo who?" "Aw I'm glad you're excited to see me!" Barnaby flings the door open and gives you a tight hug while giggling at his own joke. Wally just stood there expressionless "Did you just use the same joke from last week?" he asked "Yup! It's an oldie but a goodie" "It's not that old" he mused Barnaby set you back down as he spoke "Julie wanted to know if you want to come over to her house tonight for a sleepover" "Couldn't she just have asked me herself?" Barnaby scratched the back of his head "Yeah but she said she felt bad after draggin ya around everywhere" "Aw, well tell her I'll definitely be there" "Will do!" He salutes as he walks off
"Hey neighbor?" Wally slowly approached you "Yes?" You turn around "Um do you have any plans for the rest of the evening?" He shyly asked "Not that I know of" "If that's the case then would you like to spend some time together till you have to go?" "Sure, I'd love to"

"I think Home likes that idea too!" Wally comments
*Holy- I almost forgot this house is ALIVE, huh kinda like that one movie* You thought
"Come on neighbor, I've got some things we can do" He sits on the floor as he pulls out big sheets of paper and many different markers, crayons and two tiny paint brushes. "I've got watercolor paint too but I don't think that'll work well with this type of paper..." "Dont worry it's fine I'll use whatever" You reassured him "Good" he pats a spot on the floor next to him as he lays down on the floor, you sit next to him and stare at the blank paper not sure what to draw, you can't really concentrate at all as your mind wanders, This place is all so...strange but wonderful at the same time it's so colorful and yet so oddly comforting to you. You felt a poke on your shoulder that snapped you out of your thoughts "Are you alright neighbor?" You shook your head "Yeah, sorry I was thinking about what to draw" you lied He hummed to himself, Thats it! You could draw Wally. You started off drawing the outline of his head then his hair, you slightly turn to look at him and he doesn't notice till you start giggling to yourself as you continued to 'try' and draw his hair but you saw him trying to peek from the corner of your eye "Hey! No looking until I'm done" you turn the paper towards you and he shifts back to his spot awkwardly still kicking his feet in the air.
As time passed by You were almost done with your drawing and so was Wally, You look over at him one last time to make sure you got the right shade of colors on his jacket but he was staring at you, Just how long has he been staring exactly? You quickly look back at your paper not wanting to make eye contact but you still wanted to break the uncomfortable silence "Sooo are you done with your drawing?" You awkwardly ask him "Hmm? Oh yes I am" he answered in some type of dazed manner. Now you were done with yours, you flipped the paper over so he couldn't see it and slid it towards him, he took it and sat up eagerly to see what you drew and lo and behold he was rather surprised you took your time to draw him! He slid his paper to you while still staring at your artwork, He drew you as well. It was a drawing of you next to your new house with a bunch of flowers and a tiny little heart next to your face You laughed a bit and he looked over confused "Seems like we drew each other!" You said "Seems so" he continued "This is magnificent Y/N, Thank you" "No problem and thank you too this is adorable" You hugged him as a thank you. He was quite shocked at the sudden movement towards him and the tight squeeze of the hug so he just...flopped over on you not moving, still hugging him you asked "Are you ok Wally?" He did not reply, you let him go and he blinked a few times and composed himself "Yes, thank you"
As the day went along and as you two talked about yourselfs it was getting darker outside, "I can't believe Barnaby would do that to Frank!" You laughed as Wally went on with the story telling of his neighbors little antics
*Knock knock*
"Helloooo?" a high pitch voice said at the door "It's Julie" you said to yourself as she let herself in "Hey Y/N are ya ready?" "Yeah just let me get a few things first" "Okie dokie!" You stood up and thanked Wally for having you over "It was my pleasure neighbor, Let's do this again sometime soon" "I agree, this was fun" You got your papers and a few things Wally gave you and walked outside where Julie was patiently waiting for you. "Can we stop by my house for a sec, I wanna put these away" "Sure!" She walked alongside you "Hey... I'm sorry bout earlier, I shouldn't have rushed you everywhere, I didn't even give you time to settle in" she apologized "Dont be sorry I get that you were excited" "Heh, Yeah and its been so long since there was a new face around here" The two of you arrived at your house and you opened the door, This was the first time you've entered your own house! It was a little dusty here and there but it was beautifully decorated, you set the items you brought on the kitchen table and looked around a bit, you walked upstairs to see if there was anything you could bring to the sleepover and there was a freshly made bed and some clothes on top *How odd* you thought to yourself as you picked up the clothes.
"Hey I hope you don't mind I invited Sally!" Julie said from downstairs You could always explore this place later you thought, you walked back down the stairs and asked "Sally?" She gasped "Thats right! You haven't met her yet" she did little small claps and held both of your hands close "I'll introduce you and then we can have a party!" The two of you walked to her house "Ooh this is gonna be great!" she squealed not able to contain her excitement, she was in quite the hurry as she sped walked to her house while noting to herself not to walk or run to fast for you.
She practically bounced as she opened her door and showed you around, seems like Sally wasn't here yet "Ooh and I have loads of glitter we can play with and fun movies" she rambled on "You left your door open again!" Said someone outside "It's Sally!" beamed Julie You followed her to the door and thats when Sally spotted you and ran up to you "You must be Y/N right? Its a pleasure to make your acquaintance" she shook your hand "Seems like Wally finally let you go huh?" "I guess" she looked you up and down "I like your style Y/N!" She complimented your fashion choice "So" she clapped her hands "Lets get this show on the road!" This was going to be a long night you thought to yourself.
"Adorable..." Wally cooed to himself as he stared at the picture you drew him now hanging on the wall in a frame, He had been gazing at it since you left.
