(Dawn's POV)
Alarms blare as Charlie and I run through the abandoned halls. I cuddle the twins close to my chest while protecting them from any danger that may arise. My mind races as I desperately search for an exit. Dank halls decorated in rust, water stains, and blood go on for miles. Stopping at a fork in the hallways I glance in both directions unsure of which way to go. I usher Charlie to my right. I all but ran down the hallway seeing a door at the end.
"Charlie, we're almost there...come on!" I yell over the deafening alarms.
I turn around when I realize Charlie has stopped dead in his tracks. He glances longingly back in the direction we came from.
"Charlie, what's wrong? We have to go, we can't stay here." I say hurriedly.
"But....my sister Ana. I don't want to leave her. We have to go back for her." His eyes well with unshed tears as he looks at me.
We can't go back. We'd be killed the second they spot us.
"Charlie we'll come back for her okay." I desperately lied.
"No, I won't leave her. I promised our parents that I would always be there for her."
Charlie runs back through the halls looking for his sister. My mind is split in two. I don't want to leave him helpless in the middle of this, but what about my children? Hearing footsteps running in our direction I panic.
"Charlie!" "Wait!"
Running towards him I see him happily hug a young girl that looks exactly like him. They're twins.
"Ana, I missed you. Where have you been?" Charlie all but knocks her over.
I cautiously glance around. Thankfully no one is here yet, but If she's here there are bound to be others following.
"Charlie I was on a mission. What are you doing out of your cel- room?" Ana asks as her features fill with concern.
"We're going home. Don't you want to go home Ana?" He asks.
"Charlie this is our home now, I've told you that."
"Charlie, we have to go." I interrupt.
Ana pushes Charlie behind her as she stares at me cautiously. Noticing the infants in my arms she ever so slightly softens.
"This is Dawn. I shared my room with her."
"Dawn? As in the Avengers Soulmate?" Ana questions as her eyes widen. "So, this is the bitch I was captured for."
"Ana that's not a nice word." Charlie whines.
"Hush Charlie, go back to your room. You're not safe around this woman." She snares towards me.
"No Ana, we are going home."
"Charlie-." I start, but am interrupted by the sound of gunfire and thundering footsteps.
I slowly back away while both of their attention isn't on me. The footsteps get louder as one of the Redroom's trained security gives out orders.
"Shoot them all, the Madam is dead! Shoot them all!"
The agents open fire just as I turn the corner. The deafening sounds of Charlie and Ana's screams fill my ears.
I burst through the door at the end of the hallway. What should be sunlight filled skies are covered in black smoke as fire bellows from parts of the building. Bodies of Redroom security and agents alike are strewn all over the ground. I ran into the nearest tree line. Finally, being able to hear my babies' cries, I try my best to comfort them. Running through the muddied cold forest, I leap over fallen branches and dodge most of the tree's foliage. Just before I reach a clearing, I duck behind a pile of rocks. Catching my breath, I look back at the nightmare they call a school.
Explosions ring out from various parts of the building as ash falls heavily from the sky. If I didn't know any better, I would say that this all looks like a modern-day world war. Except rather than a war filled with greed, it's a war battling the freedom and innocence of unsuspecting children. The reality of it is, whether the good guys or the bad guys make it to the end...
nobody wins.
Innocent children are murdered in battle by their trainers; and still the world is no closer to ending this horrific form of human trafficking.
I let out the burdened and somber sigh that I have held in. I quickly check on the twins as their cries have now quieted to whimpers. Crouching down on shaking legs I slowly make my way over to the trees at the edge of the forest. I look around for any signs of life as I spot what looks like a jet that none other than Tony could create.
Bright shining red paint mixed with chromatic silver accents adorn the jet. A sleek silver simple design is etched into the model of the jet. The jet, far larger than the original quinjet, looks like it could hold thousands of people. The name Iron-Jet sits largely on the rear side of the plane. Bright blue light accents the inner parts of the name, giving much resemblance to Tony's old arc-reactor.
I chuckle to myself as I dash towards what I assume is the cargo hold entrance. The doors automatically lower as it welcomes me inside. Fresh modern interior graces the inside of the cargo hold. Rows of customized cars and motorcycles sit unused as the designs of each of my mates shines through the exterior of the vehicles. Steve's preferred off-road Jeep to Nat's motorcycle collection are on display; and all I can do is stare in awe at the amount of time I imagine it took Tony to build all of this.
The floor lights up directing me to what I can only assume is the elevator.
"Welcome home Ms. Petrova, you have been dearly missed. I will notify the team that you are safely on the jet. Please head up the elevator and make yourself comfortable. There is food and refreshments in the kitchenette at the back of the plane. Mr. Stark built a master bedroom on the second floor of the jet, there is a fully functioning bathroom off the master if you need to freshen up." FRIDAY informed.
"Thank you, FRIDAY, it is great to be home." I smiled.

(Nat's POV)
"Guys FRIDAY notified me that Dawn made it to the jet." Tony informs.
"Is she okay?" Steve questions as everyone else on the comms waits in anticipation.
"She's as decent as she can be. FRIDAY said her vitals were a little high, but given the circumstances..." Tony trails off.
"It makes sense, given the experiences I'm sure she's had." Loki finishes.
"Alright well let's wrap this up, I'm ready to be done with this." Pietro chimes in.
"I agree. I'm ready to be reunited with my Light once again." Thor agrees.
"Nat it looks like we're gonna need a lullaby." Sam informs.
"Got it. Is everyone ready?" I replied.
"Not quite, there is an injured boy here who is going to need immediate medical attention." Wanda states.
"Loki you got that?" Steve questions.
"I'm not your errand boy Captain, of course I have it." Loki sneers.
The rest of us finish clearing our sides of the building as the foundation begins to shift.
"We've got to go; this building is going to collapse within the next few minutes." Tony says.
"Wait- I've got something. I've found Madam B, she's definitely dead." Clint informs.
"Are you sure?" Peter asks.
"Well, her brains are blown out, I can't get any more sure than that." Clint smartly replies.
"At least the vile woman is finally gone." Thor comments.
"Too bad she had to die before I could stab her a few times." Loki mentions.
