Vinnie was already at Isabella's house. He was preparing for his wedding speech. He put his phone down and turned to his older sister.

"So she's coming down 3 weeks early?" He asked.

Isabella didn't look at him, she was busy trying to find her keys. "Yeah. She's coming down early since she's the maid of honor. Coming early and staying an extra week."

"I can go and pick her up from the airport if you want. I know that you're busy." Vinnie suggested. Isabella laughed loudly, as did Andrew who was right next to him. "What? Why's that funny?" He said looking at his friend.

"Well she doesn't enjoy you that much, mate." Andrew said to him. Vinnie looked at Isabella offended. "Don't look us at like that. It wasn't a secret she tells you everytime."

"She likes me! Look Isa. Let me go pick her up from the airport. You can tell her you had bride things to do. Like cake tasting or something." Vinnie said.

"Fine. But only because I can't find my keys." She said, pointing a figure. "But you better go cause she boarded like 10 minutes ago and it's a thirty minute drive to the airport.

Daniella pulled along her two large suitcases, all the while holding onto Zeus's leash. "Zeus, sit." she said before dropping his leash to grab her phone as it began to ring. Zeus complied quickly.

Daniella pressed the phone to her ear,"Hey! Where are you?" She asked.

"Actually I couldn't find my keys so I had to send someone else." Isabella's voice said apologetically.

"It's okay. I'm happy to see Alex or Jack." Daniella spoke, she was looking around the airport for them.

"Actually. It's neither of them." The second the words came out of Isabella's mouth, Daniella seen him. Still tall and still dirty blonde. And most likely still a douchbag.

"This better be a fucking joke." Daniella said under her breath. Without another word Zeus took off running through the airport. “Zeus!” That made Vinnie turn in her direction.

"We'll talk when you get here!" Isabella said before quickly hanging up.

"Fuck." Daniella mumbled. She slipped her phone back into her pocket and grabbed her suitcases before chasing after her dog that was running towards Vinnie. "Zeus no!" She called out with no luck. The dog had reached Vinnie and put his paws on Vinnie's torso.

The dirty blonde boy petted him and grabbed ahold of his leash. He then looked up towards Daniella who was struggling to run with her bags. Whenever she was in reach distance Vinnie opened his mouth. “Hey Dani!” he said with a smile. Testing the waters to see if she really didn't like him.

Daniella mumbled something before saying. “Vinnie. This was a surprise.” She took the leash from him.

Vinnie offered her a smile which she didn't return. Maybe she really didn't like him. He motioned for her suitcases which she let go of. "Can I help you?"

Daniella let out a sigh and looked at the boy. She looked him up in down as if she was taking him in. She was stuck with this. "yeah. Thanks." She said. She turned back to Zeus. "You and I need to have a talk. You know not to take off running."

Vinnie grabbed the handles to her suitcase and followed after the girl, she was already walking. "He was just excited to see me. It's been a long time." He tried to conversate.

Daniella rolled her eyes and mumbled again. Which made Vinnie sigh. Whatever it was that he did, it must've been bad. But the only problem was, he couldn't think of anything. So he had no idea why Daniella hated him. What did he do.

Vinnie put her suitcases in the back of his car before opening the door for her. Daniella looked at him briefly before getting in. He went to shut it for her but she grabbed ahold of the handle and quickly shut it herself. He then let Zeus into the back. Vinnie went around his car to get to the driver's side.

The drive was mostly silent. Vinnie glanced over at the girl. He got tired of the silence so he turned down the radio slightly. “So Isa and Andrew made a joke about you not liking me today.” He said to her.

    “I have no idea what possessed them to do such a thing. I hope it didn't hurt your feelings.” Dani spoke sarcastically. That was the end of that conversation. The second they got back to Isa's house, Daniella went to get out but Vinnie quickly relocked her door. “What the fuck, Vinnie?”

    “So what did I do to you? Why do you hate me?” He asked.

Daniella looked offended. Worse than offended. She actually looked saddened about the question. “You don't remember, do you?” she asked.

    “I have no idea.” He said.

Daniella looked offended once more and shook her head. “You're absolutely unbelievable. Just when I thought you couldn't get any worse. Here's a fucking piece of advice. The world doesn't revolve around you. So I apologize if I hurt your little egotistical feelings, Vincent.” She snapped at him before attempting to open the door. It was still locked. “Let me out.” she said simply. Whenever she heard the door click she rushed out and slammed the door. She grabbed Zeus out the back and headed inside the house. Eager to get away from him.

She walked into the house and looked at her friend. Just as Vinnie was coming in behind her with her suitcases she said. “Bedroom now.” Isabella glanced apologetically at Vinnie before following after her maid of honor. When Isabella shut the door, Daniella said softly,"Why the fuck is he here?"

Isabella but her lip softly. “He's my brother and Andrew's bestman.” She said to him. Daniella's jaw had fell, and her eyes had dropped. “What did Vinnie do to you for you to hate him this much? I'm your best friend, and i have no idea."

    “It really sucks that nobody remembers. And apparently neither does he.” Daniella ran a stressed out hand through her hair. “Fuck.” she said softly.

    “Dani! What happened between you two?” Isabella asked her.

    “I don't wanna talk about it! It's fine! I'm here for your wedding and it will be perfect.” Daniella said. “I stayed up last night so i almost missed my flight. And I have that dentist appointment tomorrow. I just need a nap.”

Isabella stood for a few seconds before leaving the room. Daniella sat down on the bed for a few minutes in peace. She did infact sleep that night. And she was anything but tired. There was a knock. She petite girl rolled over away from it. Maybe if she pretended she was asleep they would leave her alone.

The door slowly creeked open. “Hey. You might already be asleep. But I'm here are your suitcases.” Vinnie's voice spoke, he was trying to be quiet since there was the possibility she was sleeping. But he had failed.

Daniella didn't move. She didn't want to speak to Vinnie at all. So she ignored him. He could hear him let out a breath before the door shut again.
