"Don't let go yet!" The little boy yelled.

"I'm not gonna let go!" Hinata promised.

Kenichi rode his bike for a few more meters before stopping. "Sorry... I got scared,"

"That's okay. Learning how to ride a bike is scary. Promise to never forget to put on a helmet, okay?"

"Okay, I promise,"

Hinata smiled. "Good. I trust you, Kenichi,"

The front door opened and Komaeda looked around. "Hajime? Kenichi?" He called out. The two guys in question came running.

"We're right here!" Hinata called out, carrying Kenichi's bike.

"And? How did it go?"

"Looks like our little boy is a champion already!"

"Oh, is he?"

"Yeah! We only practiced for 45 minutes and he already managed to-"

"Papa, I'm hungry," Kenichi said.

Komaeda smiled. "That's good because I just so happened to have finished making muffins,"

"Muffins? Yay!" Kenichi ran into the kitchen.

Hinata gave Komaeda a quick kiss and then went inside too. They went into the kitchen and saw Kenichi, whose mouth was full already.

"Thewe awe the best muffims ewer!" He said.

Komaeda laughed. "I'm glad you like them,"

The next day, Hinata came home from work. "Honey, I'm home!"

"Daddy, I missed you!" Kenichi said, running towards him.

"Dinner's on the table, Hajime." Komaeda smiled.

"I brought you flowers, babe." He handed him a bouquet of roses.

"Oh, thank you! You're the best!" He kissed his cheek.
