"BEFORE WE START planning, there's some other things that I should tell you about the big players at the guild," Cyrus or rather Athena says.

If I were to be honest with myself, one of the things I hate most in the world was the guild. They were a Weasley little bug that I couldn't seem to squash. I had managed to kill thousands of assassins from there over the years, even some of the council members. However, there's still so much that I don't know about them. Which got on my nerves and in turn I've always had a shorter temper with Athena. The reason is because she knew things that I didn't and I didn't like that one bit.

It was a toxic trait I had. I had to know everything at all times or else I felt powerless.

"There are three different rankings for assassins. There's the underlings who are the ones in training, the ranked which are ranked one, two, or three. Then, after that there are the elite. No one really knows who's in it but since I was once a part of it, I'm privy to that information. I trained with them and fought along side them. Their names are Bambi, Beau, Clio, and as I mentioned before, Corva. As strong as we all are I would suggest you try and avoid them and leave them to me. They'll be wearing phoenix pendants around their necks. They may not be able to kill many of you but they could possibly cause some damage and given we need to be in tip top shape for the council members.

For them, there are nine different council members as I mentioned. They typically aren't all stationed there at all times given that they're from different planets and there are multiple different guild locations. I wouldn't be surprised if they have an entire planet at this point.

The council members names are Soleil, Flora, Ferrick, Escot, Olita, Elsa, Yoko, Remo, and Beatrix. Soleil is the unofficial head of the guild. Behind her is Olita and Remo. Beatrix is the weakest link." She then continues to tell us what species and the powers each member holds.

Soleil is an old ass vampire who's mixed with something else which gives her the abilities she has. What, I have no clue. There's Flora who is also a vampire but is much younger and Yoko, who's a siren. Remo is a white dragon which are stronger than other dragons. Olita is a succubus and so is Elsa. Ferrick is a powerful mage and Escot is a fae. Then, there's Beatrix who's a werewolf. She's the latest member of the council and is the youngest out of all of them. From what Athena had said about all of them, they didn't seem that powerful to me but since she was worried about them-- I would take her word for it. If they were actual big players I would've heard of them.

Though, I have been distracted by Ainsley and Saka for the most part. I was obsessed so usually they occupied all of my thoughts. Still, I knew a lot about a lot of people. I was the oldest being, after all. I've been here since the beginning of time. Unless the people she spoke of, their names weren't actually what she said they were. A lot of people in the guild do end up changing their names.

Then again, I haven't really been able to find any information on the guild because they don't keep much written information and they move around a lot. And the measly assassins a part of it are constantly killing themselves before you can get any actual information out of them. I've actually had someone bite their tongue out before.

"Why haven't you ever told us any of this before?" Ren said. She looked genuinely hurt which I could understand. Despite everything, I wasn't particularly hurt. When it comes down to it we all have secrets that we'd rather not tell.

Entire lives we've lived that we want to keep hidden. Especially if you've lived as long as we all have.

Renetta was 'hiding' an entire race of people right under our noses so I thought that it was classic that she was the one who said it. I mean, the Arcana people did hate us all and would kill us the first chance they got. Rightfully so if I were to be honest. If I were them, I'd burn this planet to the ground.
