#Rain pov

It has been 2 days since I talked to p'Phayu. I usually see him when he comes down for breakfast and dinner. We returned back to our daily schedule. The only difference is that he did not come to my room these 2 days to use me which is quite a shock for me.

As usual, I am making breakfast for him while having milk along with some sprouts and some other green things that I don't know. Sig had been taking care of my diet following the chart given by my doctor as she said I am underweight.

When I heard footsteps coming, I set up the table and turned back to get his coffee. " Good morning s.... " I was about to greet him but some other scents hit my nose other than the usual dark coffee. I immediately put the cup back and went to hug them.

" Maa, paa, phi, Sky... What are you all doing here?? How did you find this place? How are you all? I missed you guys so much!!! Have you had breakfast?? Shit! You must not have! Let me make something for you! What will you eat?? Oh wait let me get coffee for you guys first..... " I stopped when Sky shushed me. " Take a breath first Rain. We are not going anywhere." That is when I realised and took them to the living room.

We sat with Sky and maa beside me with my two hands in maa's hands. " We missed you so much our bunny! And we were not sure if that idiot is treating you well. So we came to check on you. " Maa said smiling.

" I am fine maa. Don't worry about me. p'Phayu has been taking good care of me. " I said. I hope my smile is convincing. She just nodded and didn't continue further. Then p'Pai turned to Sig and asked " Are you following the diet schedule? You are making sure he is following it right? " ... " Yes sir. I am doing everything according to the chart and I am making sure he eats everything. " He answered.

I was shocked! " p'Pai.... Is Sig?? " He just nodded. " We appointed them to look after you baby bunny. We Saw how little you eat and how you ignore yourself. We Don't want that to happen. It was actually Sky's idea." 

I kept silent for a few minutes. I didn't understand how to respond. My eyes became watery. Damn these mood swings!!! I stood up and hugged p'Pai and then Sky and thanked them. I went to maa when she opened her arms too asking for a hug. I hugged her and repeatedly said sorry. " Sorry maa for becoming a burden to you all. I know you all are busy looking after Sky and I am becoming a burden to you and Sky too. I am making him worried about me maa. I am sorry maa. I am really sorry for becoming a burden to you all.... "

Maa removed herself from the hug, " Rain! Rain! Listen to me. Never ever think of yourself as a burden okay? You were never a burden to us nor to Sky. When we said you are like our son, we really mean it baby bunny. You are our family. You never need to thank us for taking care of you nor say sorry for troubling us. Taking care of you is never a trouble for us. It is our duty baby bunny. So, never say thank you to us for taking care of you making yourself distant. You are family and there is no need for thank you right? " She said cupping my cheeks and holding those tears with her thumbs.

p'Pai and paa released their pheromones to soothe me. The only pheromones that work on me other than my alpha are of paa and p'Pai. I don't understand why but now I don't care. I am just happy to be with them.

We were talking when I smelled my Alpha's scent. I stood up when he came downstairs to us. He greeted paa and sat opposite p'Pai. He looked at me once. I understood and went to the kitchen followed by maa and Sky as they were talking about some business.

When we went inside the kitchen, I made coffee for him. I took it with the other cups prepared by the maids and went to the living room. Maa insisted on helping me but I refused. I now understood that sir only drinks the coffee if I give him. I was shocked when the maids told me that he never drank coffee nor ate those three days when I was not here. It was strange and kind of shocking to me... I wanted to ask him why but I am too scared.

I placed the tray on the table and gave him his. When I was about to go back, maa came behind me and asked sir where his room is. I was shocked!! Sir looked at me confused and shocked too. He asked a maid to show her the room. Maa took hold of my hand and dragged me with her.

The maid showed us the room. It is on the other end of the room where I stay. So this is why I never see him after his session with me I thought. Maa dragged me into the room when I said I can't enter without his permission. From the floor to the walls, bedsheets to curtains, everything is painted either grey or black. ' As dark as his heart' I thought and entered.

I was literally scared when she ordered the maids to take all his daily wear from tshirts, shirts, jeans to shorts, tank tops and underwear. She literally took every single cloth apart from suits from the closet and asked the maids to place them in the small room attached to my room.

I understood what she was doing. She was helping me build a NEST!!! We usually make our little cocoon with the alpha's clothes so their scent calms us. We omegas never usually let anyone inside that little cocoon apart from our alpha as we don't want our baby to know or feel any other scent apart from their maa and paa.

I understand that she is doing for me but I am scared. I am literally shaking from fear. All the what if's are rising in my little head.

Maa placed her hand on my shoulder and calmed me down. " Rain. You know that you need this. I know he is never by your side. I know how much you need your alpha's scent and for him to be with you. And I know you can't ask him.  I know you are scared. But, Rain, at least from now, try to think about yourself first. Start putting yourself first at least from now. Me and paa will talk to him too. Don't worry. Leave your alpha to us okay?" I just nodded.

Putting myself first? Am I even living for myself? Am I at least loving myself? Will I ever?
