Tom

"That's all you needed to do." I spoke.

She gave a small smirk. My legs crept towards her.

Everyday I wanted her more and more.

My hand snaked around her waist, pulling her close to my body. Warmness surrounded me. All I could do was stare at the pretty figure in front of me. All the hate I had for her maybe wasn't hatred at all?

Her beautiful face stared at me with a concerned look.

"Tom? Are you angry at me?" She mumbled.

Why would I be mad at you?

"Of course I'm not." I reassured her.

Her arms wrapped around my neck, our faces inching closer and closer.

I want you Nicky.

I could feel her breath, a waft of mint permeated my nose. My palm reached to her chin, pushing her head towards mine.

However, her head moved to my shoulder, resting there.

I got swerved?

My arms wrapped around her body, securing her into a hug.

I needed her.

"Thank you Tom."

*Three weeks later*

Everyday I saw her, made me melt more and more. It felt corny. Every second I cringed at myself.
How did she make me feel like this?

Nothing had happened between us.

How could she swerve me like that? It was fucking stupid.

She was a tease.

The warmness of the summer slowly faded as the trees soon turned varied shades of orange, red and yellow. It was coming up to the Fall vacation, and how I needed a break. However, this meant the project we were working on would soon be handed in.
I wouldn't have a reason to go to her house anymore, to speak to her alone.

"Tom. What's happening with Nicky?" Bill  questioned.

I hadn't moved off the sofa since she left two hours ago. All I could do was think about her.

"Nothing." I said.

He scoffed, moving my legs so he could sit down beside me.
