{Jake's POV}
I closed the messages between Drew and I, got up, and rinsed my face before drying off and leaving the bathroom. I went to my bedroom and got out my old song book from middle school. I remembered the song that the music club and I wrote word for word, and I wrote it down in Japanese. "I hate myself, but I gotta move on if I'm ever going to do well here."

I closed the music book and put it in a drawer at my desk. I went downstairs to sit down with Milo and hang with him. I found it hilarious that he was watching Sailor moon, but not because it's considered a 'girly' anime, it was because there's a lesbian couple in it and we have two moms.

"Can I watch with you?" I said after gaining control of myself. I startled him a bit because he didn't see me.

He grew a smile on his face. "Of course!"

I sat down next to him while watching the show. I was a bit confused about what we would be having for dinner tonight so I looked at my mothers talking in the hallway. "Hey mom?" I asked in Japanese (obviously).

My mom, Anessa, looked at me with a smile. "Yes Jake?"

"Do you know what we're having for dinner tonight?" I asked while paying attention to the anime.

She gave me a smile. "We're having Sashimi." She said before kissing my mom on the cheek.

"Okay, have a good time at work mom!" Me and Milo said at the same time to our mom before she left.

Our mother sat down next to us and watched Sailor Moon with Milo and I. After we finished the season we were on, I went upstairs to study for the math test I had tomorrow. I had already been doing better at school here than I was when I was at Rosemeadow High and that was good enough for me right now.

I wanted to go out and do something fun like... like playing games with the Drew and the others or making music with the music club. I finished studying and I looked at my phone to see the time. "Only 3:45 PM huh?" I then took out my music book again to right another song about how I feel like I always have.

However,... I didn't know what to right. That was because I don't even know how I feel anymore, but the more I think about it, it's probably because of the out of nowhere change. I decided to text Sean.

Hey Sean?:

Sean💻: Yeah Jake, why're you texting me so early?

Im sorry, I forgot that your time zone is 8 hours behind mine. I was just bored and I wanted to talk to someone.:

Sean💻: It's okay, but is it okay if I ask you a question?

Of course. What's up?

Sean💻: Have you been in contact with Drew recently?

"Uh, that's random."

Uhm, not really, why?:

Sean💻: He hasn't been at school for the past week.

"That's weird."

Uh, that's weird. He's been trying to contact me for a while but I kept ignoring him for my own sake. Well, until earlier today.:

Sean 💻: Well, I don't think he's taking the fact that you left well.

Should I contact him?:

Sean💻: No, I'll just ask Lia to check in on him if that's okay.

That's alright.:

"I'm sorry guys." I felt a tear in my eye but I wiped it away before finally knowing how I felt...
