Chapter Ten
Oh, I Know Pleasure~

"Gahhh..." I groaned as I opened my eyes and sat up.

"Morning..." Emma said quietly as I turned towards her, I was going to rub my head, but as I rose my arm, I felt the cold chain that was connected to a pipe on the wall. I sighed as I tried to remember how I got here.

"I'm sorry..." Meghan muttered from beside Emma, I blinked once before asking, "Sorry for what?"

"I'm the reason we're down here, if it wasn't for me being fooled by that bad guy, we wouldn't be down here right now.." She said.

"Yep, it's totally all your fault!" Emma laughed, "Actually, I remember that when I was in the dining room with everyone else, they just started falling over one at a time, I tried to help but suddenly, I just felt all weird and tired, then I guess I just blacked out."

"That's exactly how it was with you, _____." Meghan spoke as she looked over at me, "Maybe it was something that you both ate and I didn't, because I didn't black out."

I tried to think, "I ate um... candy, those chocolates that Vietnam and Taiwan were fighting over." What else had I eaten? "I ate those too!" Emma said, well, I guess I didn't have to think anymore, "I didn't." Meghan spoke, "So that must be it."

I shook the chain on my hand and managed to slip my hand out, "Well, then why don't we go then?" I asked, smiling.

"How'd you do that?" Emma asked, leaning towards me, shaking her hand in the chain.

"Oh, well, I kinda just, you know, slid my hand out.." I replied as I walked around the room, "So is someone going to come check on us?" I asked. Meghan shrugged, "I don't see a way out right now or anything that will help us to escape so maybe we should just stay put." She said.

"No way, if one of us is free, we should see if we can figure something out, besides, we don't know these guys or what they're capable of." Emma protested. I frowned slightly as I looked at the door, "Did any of you see what these guys looked like?" I asked, walking closer to the door and pushing it, only to find it locked.

"Yeah, the guy who tricked me had pinkish hair, his name was Oliver.." Meghan said.

"O-Oliver?" I asked, taking a step away from the door, "Yeah, why, you don't happen to know an Oliver who poisons people, do you?" She asked with a slight laugh.

I let out a sigh, "Anime world..." I muttered, "Yeah, I guess that maybe I do."

As I was about to give up on my search for an escape, I stepped on something, I knelt down and picked it up to see that it was a small needle, not that it would work to pick the locks on the chains that Meghan and Emma had around their hands.

I heard the doorknob turn and I quickly sat back against the wall and slipped my hands into the loose chains. A light flickered on and off for a moment before it was able to lighten up the lamely lit room we were in.

A tall brunette, Allen entered the room and let out a sigh as he set a plate of food in front of all of us. Salad. "You're welcome, now eat, it might be your last meal." He said as he turned to leave.

"Uh, hey!" Emma frowned, he turned around, "What?" He muttered.

"I want a cup of water, and you know, it doesn't take a genius to realise that a person can't eat with their hands behind their backs." She spoke.

"A dog has no problem eating without using it's hands or feet, so I don't see how you'd have a problem." He responded.

Emma's eyes widened as she stood up, sliding the chains on the pipe, "Oh you know what?" She asked as she kicked the glass plate across the room, "I know you did not just imply that I'm a bit-" Allen quickly jumped foreword and covered her mouth, "Wait, don't say it!"
