Death Won't Do Us Part (RWBY x malereader, Ruby x malereader.)

Ecstatic wasn't even the right word to describe Ruby's mood right now.

she was just told by the headmaster of Beacon himself that she would be able to skip two years at signal academy and go to beacon!

she was so excited!

she could barely even stay in her seat as the headmaster told her!

oh she couldn't wait to tell (y/n) about it-

THATS RIGHT!

she didn't want to forget about him!

"u-uh...Mr.Ozpin?" she meekly asked.

"yes?" Ozpin kindly replied.

the girl began to fiddle with her thumbs, feeling slightly awkward right now.

"could i..uh...ask something of you?"

"go for it Mrs.Rose."

"DAD! IM HOME! AND YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED!"

she walked into the house,  taking her shoes off and entering the living room.

her father and sister was in the room, seemingly worried out of their mind.

"Ruby! where were you!?"

Tai ran over and embraced the girl.

"I was in vale! i stopped a robbery!" she said proudly, puffing her chest out.

Tai let go of the embrace, and cast a glance to Yang.

"oh! and i'm gong to beacon early!"

the two of them stared towards Ruby.

"huh?" they both emit.

"hey, where's (y/n) dad?" she said, looking around for the boy and completely changing the topic.

"he's out looking for you."

her eyes widened.

"i gotta go find him i-"

the door slammed open.

she turned around, seeing the boy.

he was bent over, silently panting.

he looked up, seeing the girl he was searching for.

he smiled at her.

his tail jumped out from his clothes, swaying from side to side.

meet (y/n) Rose.

a fox faunus with both ears and a tail.

Ruby ran over, embracing him tightly.

his tail wrapped around her waist, the tip barely touching her cheek.

he rest his head on her shoulder.

"i'm sorry i made you worry..."

(Y/n) backed away slightly, but just shook his head.

that's right.

(y/n)....

was mute.

but somehow and someway, Ruby always understood him.

you know what they say, actions mean more than words.

he lightly kissed her cheek unwrapping his tail from her waist and allowing it to rest on her face.

she giggled and grabbed the tail.

both Yang and Tai folded their arms and sighed slightly.

"get a room."
