Odd scratch marks measuring as wide as 12cm to 18cm start to manifest along the hallway, as if a rake was crudely scraped across their surfaces. No visuals on the cause. Camera loses connection with main servers at XX:XX.
Security Wing: Camera directly situated above security office is blanked out, but caught a few frames of Subject Yuna entering the closed office via the same method it used to escape its containment. Officer XXXX is seated in his usual position during his shift, apparently unaware that Subject Yuna is observing him. Suddenly, her head twists 180 degrees and stares directly at the camera, causing it to malfunction. When the camera reactivates, Officer XXXX is still in his chair, although found deceased with noticeable [XXXX] wounds spilling out his [XXXX] and [XXXX] marks with mist coming from his open mouth, split apart unnaturally at the chin. Subject is nowhere in view. Camera loses connection at XX:XX.
Main Entrance: Alarms breached. Containment task force sent lost contact with main servers. Footage obtained from Senior Officer XXXX shows Subject Yuna pinned down by gunfire, standing still in the center of the room. The subject seems unaffected by standard bullets and XXXX, instead remaining in an inactive state for approximately 14 seconds. After the gunfire and XXXX ceased, Subject Yuna's head suddenly trembles violently before caving into its torso, as if bludgeoned to a pulp, leaving a bloody cavity where it once was. The order for recontainment is given, but the footage was cut out.
