The school has just opened up for the school year. As usual, Komi has been approached about how beautiful she is, Manbagi has been preparing herself to impress Tadano, and Tadano has just been.. well.. average? Tadano, Komi, and Najimi walk up to their classroom, and see a letter taped to Tadano's desk.
"Woah Tadano! You got a love letter!" yelled Najimi. It was early, and the classroom was empty, so thank god no one heard them except the group. "I wonder who it's from~". Najimi giggled. Tadano looked at the letter.
"This has to be a mistake.." he said. "This must be for Komi. She's been getting a lot of letters lately, and it's only fall!"
The group looked at each other silently. Komi took out the notebook she uses to communicate with them, and wrote something down: "Well, I think this is for you Tadano. You should open it up!"
Tadano's cheeks turned a little red. He gave in and opened up the letter. It wrote:

𝓨𝓸𝓾 𝓪𝓻𝓮 𝓪𝓷 𝓪𝓶𝓪𝔃𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓹𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓸𝓷 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓘 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓴 𝓪𝓯𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓪𝓵𝓵 𝓸𝓯 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓽𝓲𝓶𝓮 𝓲'𝓿𝓮 𝓼𝓹𝓮𝓷𝓽 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝔂𝓸𝓾, 𝓲'𝓿𝓮 𝓯𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓮𝓷 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝔂𝓸𝓾. 𝓟𝓮𝓸𝓹𝓵𝓮 𝓶𝓲𝓰𝓱𝓽 𝓼𝓪𝔂 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 "𝓪𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓰𝓮" 𝓸𝓻 "𝓫𝓪𝓼𝓲𝓬", 𝓫𝓾𝓽 𝓘 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓴 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓪𝓻𝓮 𝓼𝓾𝓹𝓮𝓻 𝓼𝔀𝓮𝓮𝓽 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓬𝓸𝓷𝓼𝓲𝓭𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓮. 𝓟𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓮, 𝓵𝓮𝓽 𝓶𝓮 𝓴𝓷𝓸𝔀 𝓱𝓸𝔀 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓯𝓮𝓮𝓵 𝓽𝓸𝓸!

It was in cursive, which Tadano nor Najimi could read. In fact, the only person who knew how to read cursive was Manbagi! Well, and Komi, but they didn't know. Komi started to write in her notebook again: "Tadano, may I please see that letter?"
Tadano looked at her while handing her the letter. She inspected the letter, only to see the name at the bottom "Rumi". Who could that be? As she thought about it, she opened up her book of friends to try to identify who this was. She looked through, and one particular name stuck out: Rumiko Manbagi. While she was doing this Tadano and Najimi were confused by her actions. Tadano could usually understand Komi, but right now he's having a bit of trouble understanding whether she is excited or anxious. Komi just stared at the paper. She didn't know how to feel about this. She was happy that Manbagi could express her feelings, but she was also envious. She wasn't afraid of ruining her friendship with Tadano when he gives her his response. Komi was scared that maybe Manbagi could take him away from her. Wait a minute.. was Komi jealous? Komi had to shake off her feelings for him. On one hand, she wants to date him and feel special next to him. But on the other hand, Komi needs to maintain their friendship, because she feels like nothing without him. Breaking her out of thought, Najimi broke the silence in the room.
"So Komi.. Did you find out who wrote this to Tadano?"
Komi had to act fast. She doesn't like lying to her friends. But then again.. they might think that she has a crush on Tadano. She picked up her notebook and wrote: "Sorry Najimi, I didn't find anything.." Thank god Komi came up with an excuse before they became suspicious. The clock just hit 8:00, so they just moved their minds aside from the letter and waited for class to start.

After the school day ended, everyone either went home or stayed back for extra-curriculars. Komi knew that Manbagi would be in their classroom to help clean up. Tadano looked at Komi.
"Hey, are we gonna walk you home?" he asked. Komi took out her notebook and wrote: "I'm just going to go ask someone a question quickly. Can you guys wait here for five minutes?"
Tadano didn't seem to get it, and beside him Najimi was smirking. "It's fine Komi, just be quick!" said Najimi. Komi bowed to excuse herself and rushed up the stairs to get to their classroom. There, she finds Manbagi, Nene, and their class rep. Komi pulls out her notebook and taps Manbagi on the shoulder. She turns around and sees her. "Oh hey Komi! Is there anything you need?" she says.
Komi writes in her notebook: "May I please speak to you outside?"
Manbagi stares at the paper. She thinks about what she could want, and realizes what she might have done. "Sure." she turns around "Guys, i'll be right back i'm just helping Komi with something."
"Alright! Take your time!" said Nene.
Komi pulls Manbagi out of the room, and right away Manbagi immediately starts the conversation. "Uhm.. Komi, is this about the love letter that was on Tadano's desk?" 
Komi didn't pull out the notebook. She wanted to be direct with Manbagi. 
"Y-yes" she says.
Manbagi was shocked. She's only heard Komi's voice over the phone,  but never in person before. Manbagi could see that she likes him, but she is one of her closest friends, so she doesn't know what to do.
"Uhm.. Komi, if I may ask..."
Komi's face was a load of curiosity for what she was gonna say next.
"Do you... like Tadano?"
