The grand halls of Royal Mirage Resort were glowing in hues of gold and ivory. Flowers lined the railings, a soft melody played in the background, and guests dressed in designer wear fluttered about. It was a day of celebration-Adhiraj Ranawat's engagement.

But amidst the smiles and laughter, fate was weaving its own cruel design.

Viyaan Singhania, the nation's youngest and most bankable superstar at just 25, stepped out of his sleek black car, wearing a navy-blue tuxedo. Cameras flashed, murmurs rose among the guests.

"Viyaan Singhania has arrived!"

Yes, he had arrived. Not just as a celebrity, but as a new business partner to Adhiraj too. Films had made him famous, but business was his new empire. His journey from a broken boy to a mogul had stunned the world-but no one knew, his heart was still frozen in the past.

A silver chain dangled under his shirt. At the end of it, rested a half locket with the letter 'A'. A symbol of a girl he once lost. A wound that never healed.

Inside the resort, Chitra stood before the mirror, adjusting her light pink lehenga. The soft curls framed her delicate face, and yet, her eyes held shadows of yesterday.

"Chitra! Come fast! Guests have arrived," Mala, her new mother called.

She nodded, her hand instinctively going to her neck where the half locket with a 'V' lay hidden beneath the blouse. She didn't know why she still kept it. Maybe because it was the only part of Advika she had left in her. The name no one knew here.

No one... except the one she didn't expect to ever see again.

Viyaan walked through the decorated hall, shaking hands, greeting people politely, though his smile was absent. He didn't believe in these events anymore. But Adhiraj had insisted.

"She's a big fan of yours, Viyaan. She adores your work but never has the courage to say it. Come, it'll mean a lot," Adhiraj said.

So he came, not knowing fate had brought him face-to-face with his past.

Adhiraj approached him with a cheerful grin.

"Viyaan! Finally, you're here!"

They hugged briefly.

"Welcome to the beginning of our partnership-and my new life," Adhiraj said with the excitement.

Viyaan forced a smile. "Congratulations, Adhiraj."

"Come, let me introduce you to my fiancée. She's shy, but sweet. You'll like her." inwardly he rolled his eyes. Adhiraj seemed extra excited for everything which he despise.

And just like that, the world came to a standstill.

Because when Chitra turned, her eyes met his.

Time froze.

The glass in his hand slipped slightly, but he caught it just in time. His heart? That, he couldn't catch. It leapt to his throat.

Those eyes... that silence...and maybe the locket too rested on her neck hiding beneath the blouse.

She grew up in a beautiful woman but why is she here?

"Chitra, this is Viyaan Singhania And Viyaan, meet my fiancée-Chitra deshmukh and very soon Mrs. Ranawat" Adhiraj said and kept his hand on her waist which he didn't like.
