Amon yelled recognizing this ghoul knowing that. he's the eye patch since the last time he had seen him but not caring right now as he seen him eating on Shinohara from his side but then got the attention of the eye patch as he got ready to attack again.

While they were fighting Akira tried to step in to help but ghoul investigator Isoyama told her not to step in especially when she's injured herself so Amon has to hold it down until more help comes.

"Eye patch were you lying to me when you were crying that?!"

Amon asked him wondering if he was lying to him before about not wanting to kill anyone as he still tried to avoid the eye patch kagune as it move very fast and swiftly.

Kaneki who couldn't think straight at the moment couldn't think about the conversation that he had with this man Still blocking the investigator quinque until he felt multiple knives stuck him as wondered where did they come from?.

Slashing his quinque towards the ghoul as the ghoul moved away from him but trying to struck a hit at him as the other investigators stood on the side watching the centipede/eye patch isn't regenerating fast enough so they hoping that Amon or Suzuya can take him down.

"Suzuya don't follow him we need to help Shinohara"

Amon said to Juzo seeing that he was about to follow after the eye patch.

"But why not he's running away from us?"

Juzo looked at him not understanding why he can't go and hunt the ghoul down but Amon gave him a look that ticked him off.
