Beyond The Color Violet

"Where's she at?" Lennie said after breaking down my door after I texted her I was home from work. At work everyone was asking me if the cat was doing good and I really didn't know what to say cause all she does is sleep.

"In my room, asleep on my bed. Don't wake her up." I said while cutting up some carrots and other things. " whyyyyyy I wanna see her." Said Lennie walking to me.

" whatcha making over there?" She said grabbing some vegetables that I've already cut up. " stop those aren't for you right now." I slapped her hand away. " what is it? -it's a soup that I found on tiktok. I don't know what it's called I just know it looks fucking fabulous." She hummed looking at it. " it looks gross right now. Are you sure it looked eatable?" Sighing I walk to the sink to wash my hands off. "Yes and if you don't eat it then go get your own food." I said looking at her.

She throw her hands up in defense and started walking to my bed room door. "DONT! -too late." She said cutting me off. "Fuck. She's your responsibility when she wants this food and she's fighting you over it." I put the carrots in the pan of oil with onions and hamburger meat with sauce and seasoning. I then go to the sink to wash the garlic off some and then cutting them up. Also adding them into the pan. I might need a bigger pan.

"Is it done? I'm starving and I can smell it." Said Lennie from my room probably cuddling with the cat. "Yes it's done and Lennie will you do the honor of naming the cat for me. I have no clue what to name her." I yelled into my bed room. Lennie stepping out of the room and looking at me. "Ummm how about Paris?" She said thinking. "Why Paris?" I said putting some soup into the bowl and then putting it on the bar. "when I think of Paris I think of the Eiffel Tower and that's really bright. Well the whole cars white sooo she's pretty bright. I don't know." She said laughing at the end. " I sound stupid now."

"That was really good, but I do have to say. It doesn't look eatable. It looks like if I shit into a bowl and put it in from of the both of us." She said laughing. Me adding on to the laugh. "Ugh I have to workkkk. I really should have took the break in the week instead of the weekend." I love the weekend but I need a break in the week.

I took the weekends so I could spend two days with Lennie because she has weekends too. But that means I work more than anyone in the building because everyone else gets three days off. I get two and when I said I wanted the weekends they told me about the two day break. I knew it wasn't fair but I did it for Lennie.

"Okay well I better get going I have to get ready for work. Also sage is making plans for us to come here ummm what was it... Saturday I think if I'm not mistaken." She said getting up. "Oh and when was I gonna get told about this. Saturday?" I said getting up as well. " I think sooo." Laughing I hug Lennie and then she grabs her things. " be careful boo cause I love you to much for you to go missing out of no where." She walks to the door. "Hehe let's hope he's hot at least." She said opening the door. "Bye Lennie."

Once Lennie left I got ready for bed but it wasn't too late so now I'm on the couch watching vampire diaries. You know, I wouldn't mind a bit if Damon or Klaus kidnapped me. Fine as fuck.

Shit tomorrow I have to go to the gym. I missed last week so I have to go this week. I got every Wednesday plus on Fridays I sometimes have boxing lessons. That's for my dad even if we wasn't close.

I remember when I was little I went with him once cause mom was in the hospital, she fell down the stairs, she was fine but she broke something. They were fighting so hand there was blood everywhere and I remember screaming so loud we had to leave. My dad never was the type to tell you what he was feeling or thinking. He was always in his office and mama told me everytime that he was a vampire and that he would come out at night. Sometimes I would laugh but the other times I would cry and not wanna go to sleep.

Im laying in bed thinking about everything. I hope I don't die lonely. I'll have Lennie but what if she dies before me? What would I do with my life I mean I wouldn't have a life.

Also the cat is sleeping like crazy. I don't think she has touched her food. I'm thinking is from the stress of having a new home but it's been a min since she got here. Maybe I'll take her to the clinic tomorrow and check on her.

I want some of that pancake house too that sounds so good. Maybe I'll get that in the morning because I showered tonight so I won't have to do it in the morning perfecttttt.
