(toby's pov)

"Welcome to the Mr.Lawrence rent and stay.....how can I help you people today?" a mid aged lady says from behind the counter she has a long neck and looks very bored, her voice was a little deep as well. Slender walled up to the counter in his human form and placed his arms behind his back as the rest of us stood back waiting Slender's face looked calm but amused.

"Hello Ms.P I wouldn't expect you to be here?" she looked up Slender with a surprised expression. All pastas have a human form unless they were born the way they look now Ms.P use to live with us but left a few years back and now we know why. I gasp realizing I wasn't breathing which happens to me when i'm getting nervous like with my twitches.

She looked up at Slender and pushed a fake pair of glasses up to cover her eyes "Slenderman what are you doing here?" she huffed and leaned back in the chair becoming more calm. Slender just shrugged and placed his arm on the counter, "Don't act stupid you know I can read your mind!" Slender says becoming more tense. I looked over at Jane and Jeff seeing there gone, they probably left to search by themselves.

"Go to the basement.."

I turn back to Slender seeing him giving me a slight nod then turning back to Ms.P blocking her view from me. I grin and walk over to the side door that says employees only and walked inside, there was a long hallway with doors all the way down then a staircase at the end. I started walking down the long hall and one of the door had hand prints over the handle covered in blood. I reached for the door handle and opened it, there were many tables with jars of organs or something floating in them and out of the corner of my eye I notice something shining I turned seeing Y/N's spell books and one of her knifes. I frowned and shoved them into my jacket and walked out of the room and to the stairs I just want to get out of this place.

As I descended down the stairs there was a voice and many flashing lights coming from the bottom, once down I was met with another hallway. I walked up to one of the rooms as the door was wide open, this was where the flashing lights were coming from, I looked inside seeing a large flat screen tv on the back wall. It looked perfectly normal till it started glitching out and a greyish hand reached out of the screen followed by a green outfit and red eyes of dark Link. I shaked my head and quickly passed the room towards the last one at the end of the hall, I placed my hand on the handle and put my ear against the door hearing someone mubble something under there breath as the sound of something scraping the ground came from inside.

I quickly breathed in and opened the door finding something I should never see I twitched seeing Liu standing only a couple inches away from Y/N holding her hands above her head using a zip tie. She looked terrified as her eyes met mine but then quickly looked away to lean harder against the wall trying to cover herself and she wore barely any clothing at all. I growled and looked at Liu who had a grin on his face.

"Well well well look who showed up, twitch boy you came quicker then I expected" he let go of his hold on Y/N and faced me I narrowed my eyes and brought my hand to my side to grab my hatchet but it was gone. I cursed to myself realizing I forgot that slender made us leave our weapons back at the mansion so we can do this peacefully which I thought would be a horrible idea. Liu chuckled and pulled out his knife.

"It will be entertaining to kill you..." he stopped and looked at Y/N, "Sit there and be good darling and watch your friend here die" her eyes winded as tears started falling from them as she desperately pulled at the black zip tie on her wrist. Liu rolled his eyes and turned back to me adjusting his knife in his hand. "Who will win" before a second can pass he laughed at me with the knife aimed at my heart I dodged and grabbed the back of his scarf pulling him back towards me pushing him into the wall head first, he growled and slashed at me landing in my shoulder I push him off happy that I can't feel pain and threw the knife onto the floor. He immediately fixed himself side kicking the back of my leg making me fall back first onto the floor he got on top of me and put his hand around my neck starting to choke me. I pulled at his hand but it was no use, with each move I got weaker and my vision started drifting off his free hand lifted above his head holding his knife above his head.

"Goodbye!' he whispered as his hand started to come down instantly everything went in slow motion I closed my eyes and waited for the knife to hit, "I'm sorry Y/N......" suddenly the weight on me lifted and was gone... am I dead? I opened my eyes slowly seeing Liu pinned to the floor next to me with Y/N's hand wrapped around it with a strong hold as his knife was next to me. He started choking when a purplish tint started showing on his face and neck Y/N's glowed red with the hint of blue as she growled in his face. I coughed and twitched before getting up and retrieving the knife Liu desperately claws at her hand leaving red marks I sighed and looked at Y/N.

"Y/N let go I'll take care of him" she hesitated but then let of him taking some steps back but keeping her eyes nailed on him. Liu leaned forward and coughed up some blood then looked back up with a grin on his face, "gosh you have a strong grip....another thing I like about you....." I growled and punched him in the side. "Dont you dare Liu I'm standing right in front of you stay away from Y/N!" he coughed and leaned against the wall and laughed but then stopped looking down seeing his own knife in the place where his heart should be. I looked down at my hand holding onto the knife with Y/N's right on top of mine we both let go and stared at him. In his eyes his life already started draining from his body.

He looked up and kept his gaze on the floor but didn't say anything I let out a sigh of relief knowing he might have passed on. I turned to Y/N who seemed to be surprised she looked up at me letting her eyes turn back to normal embracing me with a hug I smiled and hugged back knowing all she needed was comfort. I pulled away and took out her spell books and handed them to her then slipped off my hoodie and slipped it over her head. She put it on and did a nod for a thanks. I grabbed her and went back the way I came from then up the stairs to the lobby of this place. Once back up I opened the door the lobby seeing many humans and other pastas passed out on the door as Slender, Jeff and Jane stood in the middle of the room covered in blood. we walked out into the room letting my twitch fit take over knocking over a plant on the way catching Slenders attention. He looked over at me and Y/N and nodded without hesitating wrapping his tentacles around all of us and teleporting away.

Once we appeared we were in the woods and Slender set us down and turned to Y/N "Child are you ok?" She hesitated then shakes her head yes. "Can you tell us what happen child" Slender says leaning down but this time she shakes her head no. I lean forward and grab her hand "Why not?" She didn't do anything out point at her neck, "You have a sore throat?" she shakes her head no, "You don't want to talk about it" Jane says from behind Slender. But she answers the same, "They took your voice box? JEFF says now speaking up as I give him a glare but to my surprise she nods and shakes her head like a half yes and no. Slender nodded and took a step forward, "Let's get back to the mansion before any human or pastas see us we're out of the usual territory." We all nodded and started heading back to the mansion the whole time I stayed by her side making sure nothing bad will happen.

Once back to the mansion it was about 12:00pm at night so everyone was asleep by the time we got back. I walked up the stairs taking Y/N to her room the whole way back no one spoke or made any sounds except for my twitching. Once all the way down the hall I opened the door to her room letting her inside as she did a nod for thanks, "Goodnight Y/N" I whispered about to close the door. I stopped as a hand gripped on the back of my hoodie I turned back to her seeing tears escape from her eyes landing on her shirt something inside of me broke as I looked at her. I turned and walked back into the room closing the door behind me I embraced Y/N in a hug, "It's ok you're safe with me" I lead her over to the bed and tucked her in and walked over to the other side and got in next to her facing her sad expression, "I love you Y/N I won't let anyone hurt you" I put my hand around her pulling her closer and placing a small kiss on the top of her head I will protect her even if it means my life.
