Tethered wings of a Robin

{3rd Person P.O.V.}

"Now Robin do whatever I say and you'll never be hurt ever again," Deathstroke said as the man looks at Aqualad and Blackfire. "You insolent asshole! Leave the guy alone!" Blackfire shouted. "I don't think I will, there is a reason why Robin is back being my apprentice." He said and chuckles. "We have to keep them busy for the others to arrive," Aqualad said to Blackfire. The Queen tsked and shoots purple plasma balls at them, mainly at Slade. Robin however uses his staff and deflects the plasma, "I'll take care of it..." Robin said in a monotone voice, staring blankly at them. "Robin! It's us! Aqualad and Black Fire!" Aqualad shouted at him,

Robin cock his head, "Don't know you and I never will," He said and throw multiple explosive birderangs at them, shocking them and forcing them to dodge. "What the fuck?! Robin! It's us! Your friends!" Aqualad shouted. "I wouldn't call him a friend, water boy," Blackfire said. "I don't have friends, there is no way I let any of you go through my head," Robin sneered and runs towards them, almost faster than he was back then. "Tsk, how long can we keep him distracted?" Blackfire asked. "Who knows but we have to keep him busy for others to arrive!" Garth shouted and makes water hands and then a barrier around Robin.

"Predictable," Robin said and dodges easily and throws a couple more explosives at them. "I don't know what you two are talking about but either way, you'll never get in my for revenge," He said. "Revenge? Robin, what happened to you?" They hear the familiar speedster. "Who's here?!" Robin shouted. "Robin! It's us!" Roy yelled at him. "What did Slade do to you!?" Raven asked him. "Slade did nothing to me! Now you get out of the way! They'll pay one way or another." Robin sneered at them. "What the actual fuck? Has he been brainwashed again?" Wally questioned. "Robin, buddy it's us! KF and Speedy!" Wally yelled at him.

"Doesn't ring a bell one bit!" Robin shouted and push the button of his staff as the electricity flows through. "Shit," Raven cursed. "We all have the idea who he's talking about, let's hope they aren't here though, can't believe we have to protect them from him," Roy said with a sigh. "Then let's capture him," Blackfire said. They nod and run towards him.

{Cyborg P.O.V.}

"I found him!" I yelled, damn that guy comes out of hiding, "Let's give him a warm welcome of..." BB said and I grin. "A PIE SURPRISE!" We three are shouting. Oh, it's going to be a great surprise. We slowly walk towards the back of Robin, "SURPRISE! IT'S TIME FOR....PIE!" We shouted, making the little boy jump.

"You," Robin said as he looks at us, I grin and point the cannon at him, "CYBORG! DON'T!" I hear Jynx shout, but that doesn't matter. I shoot a pie at him, only for him to dodge? Weird, why is he dodging? No fun, "Time for the waffle cannon-" Before I can say anything else, this guy electrocuted me using that staff! How did he beat me! I'm a cyborg, for fuck sake! "You are the bane of my existence. The way...you guys used me. Destroyed me. Tortured and humiliated me." Rob said, I don't know what he meant by that, but I mean come on! That guy thinks he's the hot shot! "Come on, man, you can't take a joke!" Beast Boy said, only to scream and turn into a cat. How rude is he?! He almost blasted the guy! "Robin! Calm down! You're just being used!" KF said. "Friend Robin, it is just for the laugh," Starfire said. I don't understand KF trying to reason with that guy.

Then again, Robin seems to like him for some reason. He is so annoying, like really annoying, ugh. "That's right, Robin, you know your enemy, and those friends of yours are trying to get in your way," That weird looking man said, Robin tightened his grip around his weird staff. "Robin, don't listen to him!" Raven shouted. "Man, you guys are a downer, I mean come on! He is just doing it for attention!" I shouted. "There is a reason why I break up with you," I hear Jynx, fuck her! She is just a villain for attention. "Tsk, no need to make haste, let's go Slade," Oh hell no! He ain't leaving! "Oh no, you aren't you big baby!" BB said. I see him turning into a hawk, and fly after him.

{3rd Person P.O.V}

Robin throws a smoke bomb, leaving him and Slade without a trace. Once the smoke has cleared up, Blackfire eyes light up and shoot plasma at them, "What is your problem! You made us lose the chance to get closer to him!" She shouted. "No need to shout Blackfire, we all should've seen this coming," Speedy said and sigh. "Please, what is the problem? We have found friend Robin is it not," Starfire said. "Your naivety is your downfall." Blackfire said "Now now kids, let's talk as adults, got it," Mother Mae Eye said.

Meanwhile, Robin felt a headache and screams. "Don't worry, you will get your revenge, but first you need to be reprogrammed." Slade said. "Reprogrammed? What? No! Like hell, I'll be reprogrammed to be your puppet!" Robin said with a growl. Slade glares daggers and drags him back to the tv room. "You have no choice but to obey." Slade said, forcing the boor bird to go back to his mindless state.
