CHAPTER 40

"Are they near yet? It's almost lunch time and I'm getting hungry chewy-ah." Momo scratches her cheeks while pouting and Dahyun laughed telling her to be more patient. Tzuyu noticed the sudden shift on the two's actions but decided to not say anything.

"They said they're on their way. Let's just wait a bit more. Chaeyoung is also on the way with mina unnie and sana unnie." Tzuyu stayed leaning on the hood of her car while dahyun and Momo decided to enter the backseat and rest comfortably.

Soon, Kayoung's silhouette came into her view followed by Jihyo and the two seem to have an annoyed expression. "What's with the faces unnie?" Tzuyu asked laughing and the other two pointed to their behind. "My bestie won't like this Tzu." Kayoung mumbled.

Following the two is an emotionless nayeon and a grimacing jeongyeon. Nayeon is done. Normally, she would spit her words and fight them but she's so over this situation that all she could do is roll her eyes.

"Let's just wait for the other three on the restaurant and get the fuck out of here as soon as possible." Nayeon said walking towards jeongyeon's car. "Yoo Jeongyeon get in the fucking car!" Jeongyeon grimaced at her girlfriend's sharp words but she can't easily follow that.

"Are you guys going to eat? Can we join you?" Jungkook asked Jeongyeon even tho his eyes is practically glued to tzuyu. "Kookie I don't think that's a good idea. Let's go already." Jimin tried to get his attention. The only reason why he decided to tag along is so that he can meddle and drag jungkook away before the guy does something stupid.

"Why? Come on, we're competing for the same team now. It's not district level anymore. We should... get to know each other. Right tzuyu?" Tzuyu is clearly uncomfortable with the situation. "Ehhh. We're going back to school first before we go to the restaurant. Maybe next time Jeon." Jeongyeon said laughing awkwardly and jimin agreed trying to drag jungkook away.

"Come on, we're all here already. Tzuyu I heard you like bread? There's a good baker--"  "Can you just stop already?" Tzuyu snapped, closing her eyes. She's trying not to cause a scene. After all, this is a parking space just infront of a university.

"I have a girlfriend and you're still throwing yourself at me. Don't you feel embarrassed everytime I turn you down?" Tzuyu crossed her arms in a defensive manner. Nayeon, not hearing the commotion but seeing tzuyu's upset state immediately went out of the car.

"Well I don't have to be embarrassed because I'm not the one who cheated their way up to the internationals!" the guy's voice is getting louder and attracting attention. "Hey watch your words!" Nayeon acted as if going at him but Jeongyeon blocked her immediately, she knows her girlfriend too well to know that she will definitely hurt him.

"What? Isn't it true? Your girlfriend..." He said the words with so much mockery. "Is a cheater. She's not like me or any of us who worked hard to be the best on our field of competition. Don't act as if your disabled girlfriend is better than me." Tzuyu stood immediately from the hood of the car and slapped him across the face.

"Don't talk like that about Y/N ever again. " After recovering from the shock, jungkook looked around and saw students from SM University murmuring at looking at him pitifully and she looked at tzuyu with so much disdain.

"You fucking bitch. I've been so good and patient with you." Jungkook slapped her with the back of his hand. Even in the process of hurting a woman, all he could think is how to retain his masculinity and used the back of his hand, not minding the ring on his finger that hit tzuyu's eyes.

"Tzuyu!" The girls simultaneously got out of the car and ran to tzuyu's slumped body on the hood of her car. "Bro what the fuck?!" Jimin held both his shoulder but the guy continued on lashing out and shouting derogatory comments to her and you.

"I will fucking kill you if you step one foot closer to my girlfriend." Tzuyu looked at the owner of that voice and saw you looking at jungkook with eyes clouded in a very strange aura.
You threatened the people recording to stop and you walked faster to Tzuyu.

"Pffft. Kill me? Be for real Y/N. Yah... I heard what you did to Seolha and Hyunsuk. You can't touch shit." He slapped the back of your head while you're leaning to Tzuyu. "Why? What are you gonna do? Sue me? With what?" He slapped your head again. "Defamation? Libel? Slander? Which one? Should I call my lawyer?" He hit your head harder this time.

"I can kill him right now" You breathed, laughing while leaning on tzuyu's car. "Oops. Didn't mean to hit you hard. Did that damage your brain? Ah no. It's always been damaged." Tzuyu looked scared. Not knowing what to do. She tried pulling you away but the stern look you gave her after saying "Chou Zi-yu" made her stop.

"Y/N--" Tzuyu didn't even continue her words as jungkook laughed hard "what are you going to do? Call your mommy?" You feel your jaw clenching "This is the girl you like tzuyu-ssi? Calling other people to fight for her? Dahyun how's your hand? Do you even feel sorry for ruining your friend's career?" The whispers around them started becoming more prominent.

Tzuyu saw Y/N playing her hair square. She's trying to calm herself. Baobei calm down. "Bitch you're a sheep trying so hard to look like a wolf." You stood straight, plaiding your dress before turning around. You stared at him for a few seconds. Hating the way he teethers and smirks with those judging eyes.

You suddenly felt tzuyu's hand on yours and it's shaking. It brought you back to reality. You decided not to talk more and follow your girlfriend. You were rounding the car when he talked once more "That's it? Babygirl you should raise your standards higher than that. What a fucking retard, you should've just died with those kids."

Jungkook sneered after seeing you unmoving. Hit a spot. His smirk was wiped off when your shoulder moved up and down. You laughed again biting your lip while looking up at the sky. The sky is beautiful. You thought before reaching the knot in your square. "Your hit ruined my hair."

"I don't like unkempt hair so I tie it often. But just now, you ruined my fucking hair." You entangled the knot before pulling it, your wavy hair flailing down freely. Tzuyu knows you're not actually talking about your hair.

You looked down on your foot sighing deeply before turning around to look at jungkook. He was stunned to see the change in your gaze, taking a step back when you took a step forward. And with every step you wrap your silk square in your palm.

"Look up boy. The sky is red" Jungkook didn't know why he did. He knows it's bullshit that the sky is red. But maybe it's your intimidating tone that made him look up. But it's blue. And next thing he knows, he's looking up to you. "Y-you fucking retard!" He shouted after feeling so much pain in his nostril.

And within a second you swung your hand down once again hitting him straight in his lip this time. You lifted your foot off the ground and kicked his knee as hard as you could. This action made him shout in pain and clutch his knee but you're not done, you swung your hand one last time and struck his cheeks.

You bend lower to his height "I hear one more filth from you boy and your eyes will follow." You say in the most timid yet authorative voice. He looked at you with so much hatred while caressing his face. "W-what the fu-ouch! Why?! I will fucking sue you! Bitch get the fuck away from me!"

You stood up, taking off the square scarf on your hand to wipe the remaining blood on your ring. "I am a woman of word. Consider this as a warning. Leave Tzuyu alone... boy" You slam the square down on him before walking away.
