'What's with the sudden aura Change?' Y/n back up. "Wait you know me? Who? How? Huh?"
The old lady just rolls her eyes and walks away. Y/n started getting mad.
'This old hag 💢' y/n sighs off the angry.
"Excuse me but how do you know me?"
"Are you really that dense?" The old lady keeps walking away.
"I'm not dense💢 I'm just trying to figure out stuff.." y/n puts on a fake smile. "So please tell me" y/n now next to the old lady.
The lady sighs and looks at y/n.
"You look just like your mother." There some kinda of love in those words. Y/n liked it this is the first time she felt loved without having to fight for it. Too much.
"I get that a lot" y/n looks away and blush.
"What's that."
"What's what?"
"Why the fuck are you blushing?"
"You know for an old hag I didn't expect you to curse or be rude." Y/n rolls her eyes.
"I'm old kid. Life is pointless. I could die any second night as well do these last years to the fullest." The lady and y/n made it to the front to the gate door.
"I never thought about that. But anyways how do you know m-" y/n was pushed out the gate door. "HEY! WTF!?" She started banging on the door.
On the other side of the gate door the old lady sighs.
"Luna..she's back..so I accept her?" The old lady turns around to see y/n with her hand on her hips. Her face was shocked.
"Y-you're Carmen (l/n)! You are the mother! Of Luna." Y/n smiles.
"tonta puta..yes. Now please leave. Also HOW THE FUCK DID YOU GET IN?" The old lady looks at the door.
"Please! Tell me about Luna?" Y/n start floating a bit.
"No. I-" the lady looks down. "I must be high.."
"Huh? Oh no I'm a hunter or um I'm going to be a..but anyway!" If you squint hard enough you can see her tail wagging.
"No. Leave me alone." The old lady walks out of the cemetery.
Y/n sighs and plucks a feather and kisses it. 'Follow her till she gets home.'
"I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW! Get home safely grandma!" Y/n says it softly..there was something that made her feel empty. Her thoughts were interrupted by Y/n phone vibrates. She takes it out of her pocket.
"Yeah..?"
"Y/n..? I'm go to leorios place! You ok?"
"Yeah! Im good just tired. Hey I might leave so by the time you come back home I probably won't be there." Y/n pulls out her box of cigarettes. 'Shit I'm almost out.'
"Where are you going?"
"I got a lead on my "mom" so I'm look into that and while I have you can you look into Luna's dad and mom. I will be back in about a week" y/n puts a cigarette in between her lips
"Y-yeah..hey don't stress yourself out too much and please come back! Don't make me worry about you!"
"I won't I promise. I-" y/n was about to light the cigarette but all of a sudden she starts coughing.
"Y/N? WHATS WRONG?"
"Don't worry I'm smoking *cough* I'm call you back!" Y/n hangs up and starts coughing more. 'What's happening..? I can't.. breat-h'
"You shouldn't have bothered me" the last thing y/n saw was Carmen holding y/n's feather. "You're so stubborn like your mom..it's sad."
Y/n blacked out. 'Ughh if k ever found out I got killed by an old lady he will never let me live it down. Fucking old lady!'
<when you finally regain consciousness you were in a room. That looked like a teenager room.>
<y/n pov>
'Where am I? where did this BITCH leave me? Ugh my head is pounding!' I sit up 'am I missing a limb? Liver? Fingers?' No I'm good ok cool'
I try to stand up correctly but falls back onto the bed.
"Don't move too much you just woke up. I'm not going to kill you relax. I didn't know that the feathers could kill you until you passed out." Carmen on a rocking chair near a window looking out. "Sorry. I didn't mean to make you pass out."
"Yeah. Thanks for that granny!" I rolled my eyes but something catches my eyes. A tiny box with the initials on it. It was across the room. "This is...Lunas room.."
"I haven't been her since the accident...but you loved sleeping on her bed...I never hated you but I couldn't stand seeing you." Carmen gets up and starts walking out "you were the reason she got into that accident..."
I felt her aura around my body. It was an overwhelming pain. I couldn't help but cry.
'The reason..? I was a kid so I am her kid..I'm y/n l/n..' i place my hand over my nose and eyes. 'Oh gon..how will I ever explain this to you..I'm not your sister..I'm so sorry' I curl up into a ball and start crying.
'Why do I never learn to stop expanding to be loved...I'm so pathetic..' the world had never felt so against her until now..all her life has been a lie.
There is one thing I need explaining. I get up my legs still wobbly and not giving in. I just use my wings. I walk out of the room and look to my left there was smoke coming from a corner. I walk over to see Carmen crying and smoking a cigarette.
"Carmen..please tell me everything..once you do I will never...look for you I will stay out of your life... i will even pay you please" I was on the floor with my hands on the ground my head on top of them. My legs curled up kneeling down.
"Please-"
"After I tell you everything I know I will give you a book..once your done reading it want you out of my life..I don't never want to see you again." Carmen not making eye contact looks at the window.
"Y-yes, if that's what you want then I will do it..is there anything else..?" I look up at her face she had she mouth open about to say something but it was hard for her to say it.
"Y-you will call me mom and wear Luna's clothes.." she finally lets out.
I was shocked but if I wanted closer like her I needed to do this.
"Yes mom"
